With giyu:

Giyu woke up with a raging headache. First thing he could make out is how dark it is, very dark. For a second he forgot what he was doing here.....oh right, the plan. The plan has worked, really well. He must be in the demon's hideout now. He grabbed his head, the demon knocked him out hard. Blue eyes scanned the area, its too dark to tell where he is....

Giyu took a sniff of the air.....it smelled medicinal? He is reminded of the butterfly estate whenever he visits. Odd, he thought. The demon didn't give away much before knocking him unconscious.

Flashback:

The water hashira walked aimlessly in the parks interior waiting for the demon. He knew shinobu was a way's back watching him but he was still slightly nervous. Without his nichirin blade, he was helpless to defend himself from the demon. Suddenly some rustling sound came from the tree's, giyu turned in the direction.

"A demon slayer? Not just any demon slayer, a hashira, just for me~"

Giyu couldn't see what made the sentence, but he knew that it was a demon.

"Ah, slient type i presume? what does a hashira want with little old me~"

"....your the demon in this area right?" Giyu finally asked it. The leaves ruffled and giyu could tell it left its location and moved to another one.

"Yes i am~ as you are without your nichirin blade i'm guessing yout unarmed? Wow, how lucky am i, an defenseless hashira~" the demon sounded happy but giyu kept his guard up, shinobu should be watching this spectacle by now. He wish she would kill the demon now but that would defeat the purpose of the plan.

"Well, it has been nice chatting with you hashira~ but i must take you, its not everyday that a demon slayer such as yourself waltzes onto my doorstop and i must seize the opportunity~" suddenly the demon appeared behind him and knocked him out. Giyu landed on the floor with a thud, the last thought in his mind being of shinobu.

Flashback ended:

He sat up, he seemed to have no physical injuries on him. The demon left him alive..... he couldn't tell if this is normal behaviour for the demon or it because he's a hashira. He's also not locked up in a cell, how strange. With his head still pounding, he got onto his feet again. Giyu isn't sure how long he's been out for, but it shouldn't be for that long. Ordinary demon slayers would get killed out on the field if they are unconscious for too long.

In any case, he must find the demon's workshop or something...... he knows shinobu followed them, he now hopes that she'll find him in this labyrinth. Following the medical smell, the water pillar goes in that direction.

With shinobu:

When she finally caught up with them, the demon has already retreated back to its lair. Though she could tell that it disappeared not very far from her location. She landed back on the ground and started to search the area. She's deathly worried about giyu, if he's hurt or even dead-

Shinobu gripped her sword in order to calm down. She needed to find him and the demon first before coming to conclusions that leave her more stressed than she already is. She can fill the demon with poison once she had found it and giyu. Her foot then bumped against a wooden plank with a hatch on it.

"Found it~" she smiled. She opened the entrance and walked down the flight of cement stairs. Since its night time, its already pretty dark. As she traversed down the stairs, it became increasingly difficult to see ahead of her, though shinobu can make out some candlelight as she came closer to the bottom. The place was quite spacious she noted, with candles dotting the area and paths at regular intervals.

The first thing she noticed is the smell of flowers and medicine on the air. Hm, it seems that the demon had some medical knowledge....shinobu clutched the vial of the poison she made, now even more worried at the thought that the demon could have poisoned giyu and she can't come up with an antidote-

She shook her head to clear her mind of unnecessary thoughts and continued forwards in the direction of the flower smell.

Back with giyu:

The water pillar had been walking in this direction for what seemed like a while. It's like the corridor is a never-ending pathway. Giyu wonders how large this place is. Finally he could see some sort of dim light coming from a room up ahead, which was kinda strange considering all the rooms had been dark on his way here.

Alarm bells had been raised as he quickly rushed to the room.....he was met with grim sight. Humans, tied down to the ground by chains. All of them missing some or part of their limbs or body parts. Bearly hanging on by a thread, some were even deceased. He had stumbled upon the demon's storage room for food.

Giyu had to look away, he couldn't help them, not now anyway. He had to find shinobu, and quickly if they want to end this demon's rein over this place. Giyu now decided to double back and take a different path, he'll probably run into shinobu then, if she had arrived here already.

If giyu wasn't so agitated from what he just saw, the diligent water pillar would have noticed an eye peering at him from a secluded corner.

In a different area:

As all this was happening, the demon laughed as it watched the hashira run around it's lair, lost like lambs. It is aware of the demon slayers plan to follow it back but what the demon slayers didn't know that it has been watching them from the moment they stepped into its hideout.

"They seem very determined , i'll give them that~" it commented on the demon slayers efforts of trying to find it, very amused.

"I hope they do find where i'm hidding, i want to congratulate them~" it turned around to pick up a lone syringe that was lying on the table.

"C'om hashira of the demon slayers, lets see how fast you are able to get here~" then it stabbed the syringe into the arm of another human victim it had already in its workshop.

All that was heard after that was the screams of agony.
