The phone rang,
It was Caleb
"Avery, i heard your mom is sick, is she fine now? "
"So you really had the nerve to call when she is almost gone, huh? "
"Look i'm sorry, I've been busy at work that i didn't even got to ask how your mom is doing"
"Yeah, that's the problem! After all we've been through, you just didn't even seem to care! "
"I'm really sorry Aves.. "
"Sometimes, a sorry can not fix a broken and shattered soul. "
Avery hung up and took her bag, she was gonna go to the hospital where her mom is
Lucas and Avery got into the car and drove off
They arrived, Avery rushed to the room where her mom was inside but the doctor stopped her
"I'm sorry, you can't go in there it's a reserved room"
"What? But my mom is in there! "
"Haven't you heard? She passed away yesterday, we tried to contact you but you didn't even picked up on our calls"
"But, Where is my mom now?! "
"She passed away"
Avery looked shocked, her heartbeat was so fast and she couldn't almost breathe, then she passed out
Lucas picked her up and went to the car, he put Avery on the backseat and they left.
After a while
Avery's vision was spinning
"Mom? "
"Avery... I know you probably miss me, I'm sorry if i didn't get to say goodbye. "
Said her mom, Avery suddenly woke up, it was a dream she had, her mother was in it
Then she broke down in tears, Lucas came inside her room to comfort her since he heard crying.
After a few hours, Caleb called again
"Avery, Is your mom doing okay now? "
"She's gone. SHE'S GONE AND YOU STILL HAVE THE NERVE TO ASK IF SHE IS OKAY?! WELL GUESS WHAT! YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO COME BACK HERE ANYMORE! EVEN IF YOU'RE MY FATHER I DON'T CARE! "
"Avery! How dare you talk to your father like that! "
Caleb exclaimed
Avery hung up.

I have to be strong for mother! Otherwise i'm gonna be a dissapointment to her.
