~The following morning~

Leah moaned, opening her eyes, she was in a hospital bed, she gasped when she saw the bright lights and sat up, "WHAT!? WHERE AM I!? ELVIS!?" "Calm down, miss Barnett," the doctor said, "You've lost a lot of blood, but the damage is not very severe." "Elvis? W-where is he? Am I still in Graceland?" She asked. The doctor and the nurse looked at each other with a confused expression. "Well...you hit your head pretty hard...perhaps you're not in your right mind," the doctor explained. "No..no, no..i-it had to have been real! Oh..Elvis..he's gone! He must've died in the fire! Oh I wanna die!" Leah sobbed.

"Should we put her in the psych ward?" The nurse whispered to the doctor. The doctor nodded, "Miss Barnett I'm afraid we'll have to put you in the psych ward for now...wait right here while I discuss it with my staff." They walked out and closed the door behind them. Leah laid back down, she put her hands over her face and sobbed, "Elvis...it was all my fault, I started the fire...I've ruined everything!" Suddenly, I crawled out from under the bed and stood up, "Darling you're alive!" I cheered.

"Elvis?" She sniffled, "You have to help me! They think I'm crazy and they're gonna put me in the psych ward!" "Now don't you worry darling," I said, "I'm gonna get you out of here." I helped her out of bed and opened the window. I took her by the hand and we climbed out the window, we got in the car and drove off to Minnesota, Leah's home state.

Early next morning, while it was still dark out, Leah drove down into a forest and stopped at a little log cabin over in the distance. She tapped me on the shoulder, "Elvis, wake up...I think I've found our new home." "Huh?" I moaned and rubbed my eyes, "Oh darling! Our new home!?" Leah smiled, "Come on Elvis... let's go." We hopped out of the car and walked to the house, holding hands. We stood and gazed at the house, Leah turned to me and gasped a little, "Elvis... why are you crying?" "I'm only crying tears of joy now...I don't feel depressed anymore," I smiled softly. "Oh Elvis," Leah smiled, "This is the happiest moment of my life." I kissed Leah on the cheek. She blushed like crazy, "Hey! get over here, you," she laughed, pulling me in and kissing me passionately. She wiped the tears from my face, "I love you darling...you changed me forever," I said. "No Elvis...you changed me...you helped me remember that I still have heart no matter how broken it's been." I smiled and blushed, putting my arm around her, we walked into the house to enjoy our new home, our new life, our new beginning...

"Love me tender, love me true

All my dreams fulfilled

For my darling I love you

And I always will..." The End
