I wasn't always a 'Villain' you know. I was a sweet innocent little girl, but that was before my whole life was ripped to shreds, before the innocence faded away in place of something much, much darker. Before my life was consumed by revenge This is my story–the correct story...

It was September 2nd, my birthday. I heard a buzz coming from my phone:

-Mary sent: Happy Birthday Bestie!!! Hope you have an AMAZING birthday!😍🎂-

-Nyx sent: Happy Birthday Athena!!!💖🥳 Finally a legal adult lol -

I walked downstairs after getting changed in a gray hoodie with sweatpants. Pulling my long wavy ginger hair into a messy bun, leaving my curtain bangs down.

"Happy 18th birthday sweetie" My mom hugged me as I came down the stairs into my living room.

    "Thanks, Mom." I replied.

"How does it feel being old?" My 15 year old brother, Caleb, asked.

"Haha, very funny Caleb. You'll be my age in three years, stupid." I shot back as I glared at him playfully. I then walked into the kitchen and grabbed a chocolate sprinkled donut, my favorite. I walked back into the living room and sat on the couch, My 6 year old sister, Cassie, flopped down next to me.

"When are you opening presents?" She asked.

"Probably after we eat, why?" I replied.

"Because I want you to see what I got you!" She smiled widely at me.

"Okay, I'll open yours's first!" I chuckled.

A couple hours passed and it was finally lunch time. Caleb, Cassie, my parents, and I sat at our dining room table. My mom placed my cookie cake in front of me as my family sang. I blew out the candles and started to cut into the giant desert.

"Mine first! Mine first!" Cassie exclaims as we finish our food.

"Okay, Okay, Okay!" I laughed. I grab a small, light pink, square box from the small pile of presents. I then open the lid, revealing a small, silver arrow necklace.

"Oh my god! It's so pretty! I love it Cassie! Thank you so much!" I hugged my little sister, then put on the small, delicate necklace. It sat a little lower than my collarbone. I grabbed the next present from my dad. It was slightly bigger than my last present, and was a light blue ring box. I opened it and inside was a small, silver adjustable ring that had two lines that were connected in the back, the first line had a small, plain silver cross and the second line had another cross, the same size as the other one, but this one had small silver gems in it. I decided to put it on my right ring finger, since my pointer and middle already had a ring on it. I grabbed the next present from Caleb, which was in a small bag. I took out the tissue paper and I saw a bunch of small things thrown in the bag. I pulled out the first item which was a small, black ribbon.

"It's for your hair!" Caleb smiled as I took the ribbon out of the bag.

"It's so cute!" I replied, I took out my messy bun and tied my hair back into a ponytail with the ribbon, styling my bangs in front of my face.

"Now look at the rest!" He demanded with a huge smile on his face.

"Okay, Okay!" I chuckled. I reached down into the bag to find another small burgundy ring box. I opened it and inside was a fidget ring. One that has three other rings intertwined so it can climb up your finger. I put it on my left index finger, taking off my previous ring. I looked back in the bag to see one more object. I reached in and grabbed another small box. I opened it and inside was a small adjustable pale yellow rope bracelet that had small silver ends and a silver adjustment ring.
