Gregory's POV-

"There's something really off about him.." I stated, leaning back against the couch in Freddy's room.

"He seemed completely normal to me." Freddy replied, sitting down on the couch next to me.

"You only saw him once.. Did he have a guest record?" I ask, looking for any clues I could get.

"No, I'm afraid not. However, he did have access into the Pizza Plex."

"Is that enough to go off of? I've broken in here before."

"I suppose that is true." Freddy says, "Since you are looking for clues, what have you noticed that was strange about Evan? I can add all the information in a folder until you reach a conclusion on what is wrong."

I began listing off all the things I have found wrong. From the weird disc on his face, his stuffed bears--I swear he had two at first--, the old location and its parts and service room, and his fear of animatronics..

None of this adds up though.. I feel like I have a lot of info, but if none of it adds up is it even useful?

I feel like I'm being watched.

"Alright, superstar. Any more details?"

"No.. I don't think so. None of the info adds up, but every piece of it is weird.."

"Superstar?"

"Yes?"

"I was thinking.. If his brother is the owner of the Pizza Plex, maybe he is here to learn about all the damage that was caused that night.." Freddy points out, "He said he was here to 'run reports', he may be trying to figure out who caused all the damage. That would not be good for you.."

"That's a good point.. I guess I'll have to be more careful."

"Your safety is my main priority, superstar."

Evan's POV-

I sit next to the vent at the top of the laser tag section.

At least the place was shut down so I wouldn't actually have to play laser tag to get up here.

Vanny.

William's worker.

"CC, You have been gripping onto me for dear life all day.. My arm hurts." Goldie complains as I set him beside me.

"Your fine." I say blatantly. Goldie glances up at me, an upset expression barely visible on his stuffed animal features.

"I don't know my arm really hurts.." Goldie states, again. I roll my eyes and ignore him. "What are we waiting for?"

"Hmm? Nightmare."

"Why are we meeting here?"

"I'll tell you when he gets here."

Goldie starts grumbling to himself.

Nightmare pushes though the door way, his stuffed legs not taking him anywhere very quickly. Eventually, he takes a seat next to Goldie.

"I hate this," Nightmare says, as he gestures to himself. Referring to his stuffed bear form.

"Did you learn anything?" I ask, ignoring his previous statement.

"Hardly. This place is boring." Nightmare remarks.

"You did learn something though?"

"The only thing that really happened, was that kid had a conversation with the Freddy. That was all that happened that would interest you." Nightmare replies.

"Well? What was said?" I ask. Goldie looks back and forth between us seeming uninterested in this conversation.

"He finds you suspicious. He wants more information on your illusion disc. He also swears that he saw me. Then it was brought up that you said you were here to run reports, Freddy had claimed that you were here to find out what happened. Freddy then said that it wouldn't be good for Gregory. He might be who your looking for."

"I figured as much. Why else would anyone stay here after the place is shut down. I don't know what to do about him finding me suspicious though."

"Just don't be suspicious." Nightmare advised. I roll my eyes at him.

I figured that much.. I haven't really done anything though. Ignoring the illusion disk, I shouldn't remove that.

"What are we here for again?" Goldie asks, not entertained by the previous conversation.

"Well, I was watching people. Specifically Afton."

"I feel like this is how most of your stories that end terribly begin." Nightmare interrupts.

"Probably. Regardless, remember Vanny? You guys met her once."

Goldie and Nightmare nod.

"She works for Afton. Here to be exact."

"So your getting into more peoples business.." Nightmare mutters.

"Aren't we only supposed to be here to help Michael?" Goldie asks.

"I guess so. However, I am technically helping Michael. She works for Afton. Which means she is probably culprit behind all the missing kids Michael keeps complaining about."

"I suppose that's a good point." Goldie says.

I grab them both by their arms--Much to Goldie's dismay--in one hand and begin crawling though the vent.

After a little bit, the vent reaches an opening that over looks the the laser tag arena. There is a window-like opening that shows in and out of a room. I look around the room to see 'Vanny' written on one of the walls. There is someone in a bunny costume laying on the bed.

I knock on the wall, causing Vanny to jump out of the bed.

"Who are-" Vanny got cut off by her own thoughts once she realized who I was. "What are you doing here?"

"I'm here for Michael,"

"What do you.. Mean by that?.."

She's definitely guilty. That gives me all the information about her I need. I'm not really here for her though.

"I'm not here for you. Not unless you give me a reason to be. I'm doing something else. I don't want to see you for a week or so unless I come to you first." I state my conditions for her being here. I can't have her messing anything up. She knows me, I don't want anyone else to be suspicious of me.

"A week or so? Evan, I have a job to do."

"Me too. If it's that much of a problem, tell Afton that Michael will know what he is doing to his business if you don't leave me alone for this time being. Besides, the children can wait. I don't really think they are waiting excitedly for you to kidnap and kill them."

Vanny scoffs but doesn't argue.

"Boss is going to be so pissed.." She mumbles.

"I couldn't care less how Afton feels. Its only for a week."

"If he gives me different orders I will go against this." Vanny states.

"He will only give you different orders if he is stupid. Which, despite everything he has done I know he isn't." I reply. She has no reason to go against me. I'm Afton's son. And perhaps I'm using a little bit of my powers.

I'm trying to keep anyone from finding out. They all know Gregory, and all could tell him. I just need to make a deal with her, to keep her out of the way. Besides that, Vanny seems to be in the way of Michaels business as well. I can just tell Michael about Vanny when this whole ordeal with everything that happened at this location is dealt with.

"Fine." Vanny agrees, stumbling back to her bed.

Great, that's one less problem out of the way.
