Gregory's POV-

I sigh, still staring at the place Evan was standing at the door. Even if its been a few minutes, that was unfair, and I'm still pissed.

I don't particularly want to go into Freddy's room either. I only really like going in their when I'm going to sleep or giving an information dump.

I guess I don't like being confined. Its enough I spend my days and nights in the same place anyway.

I think I might roam around for a bit.

Evan's POV-

Neither Goldie or Nightmare make any attempt to move.

"What are you waiting for?" William snaps.

"Did I mention that because they aren't technically real, they can't be hypnotized?" I ask a rhetorical question, that was obviously yes, why would I tell him? "You do seem a little surprised.. Didn't you just say something about how you weren't as incompetent as I think you are? Though they are decent actors, don't you think?"

"Nightmare! He complimented us!" Goldie squeaked in excitement from behind me.

Williams surprised face slowly faded into a smile again, "No matter.. You can never be to sure with you, I suppose. I do have something else in mind.."

"Really? There is not a minute that goes by that I don't wish you would just give up and die.." I mutter to myself. Williams smile becomes more annoyed.

"You may not have to wish that anymore." William begins, "you see, I've rigged this place. Bombs and matches and fire. I have the only way out, and you won't be able to follow me."

"William,"

"Yes, yes. I know what fire does to spirits, souls, angels, and what-not. Perhaps you don't want to be set free, and maybe the others will miss you, but at least I'll win." William laughs, fading into nothing more than spastic glitches shifting aimlessly in the now empty space.

"Okay," I whisper, gathering my thoughts.  "You two get out anyway you can. Teleportation, break some walls, it doesn't matter."

"What about you?" Goldie asks.

"I have something I need to do," I run off to find Gregory.

There is no chance he would survive if this place blew up and he had no idea it was going to. I don't know where he is though.

More so I didn't until I ran straight into him.

Gregory's POV-

"Are you alright? What's the rush for?" I ask while Evan steady's me so I don't fall.

He grabs my hand and starts running again, dragging me along with him. "This is going to be difficult to explain.."

"What is?" I ask once we are running in sync, but he doesn't let go of my hand, not that I'm upset about that..

"Okay.. The building is about to blow up."

"What!? When!?"

"I have no idea, but soon." He answers, leading me to an upwards stairwell.

"Alright.. Why is this happening?" I ask, Evan shakes his head.

"I made someone very angry, I suppose."

There's stairs and stairs and stairs. Why are we going this far up?

"Where are we going?" I ask.

He dismisses my question. "Are you afraid of heights?"

"What? No? What are we doing?"

We make it to the very top of the stairs, Evan opens the door and we head onto the roof.

Before I even have time to thing about what's happening, Evan changes the setting on his illusion disk, picks me up, and were quickly descending into the sky.

The sun has mostly fallen, and its hard to see.

It takes me several moments to realize that were not of the roof, were flying

There's a blinding flash, and it takes my eyes several moments to adjust to my surroundings.

Evan fly's around the building, staying far enough to be out of sight from the common eye, but close enough to feel the heat of the flames.

And oh shit he's holding me.. Maybe it isn't the flames...

He lingers in one area for a moment and swoops down to pick up the teddys bears. Bears, theres two.

"I told you there were two!" I exclaim, as he adjusts me into one arm and the bears into the other.

"I know," Evan says.

"I thought you forgot about us!" The yellow one cries, somewhat latching on to Evan. Which has to be difficult to do without hands or fingers.

Evan heads back off into the sky.

"Wait so what's your name?" I ask the new-found bear.

He glances at me, his eyes are glowing crimson dots instead of white ones. "Nightmare,"

"Oh.." I mutter. I drift my attention away from the bear. "Where are we going?"

"Umm," Evan looks around as though he's lost. "To where I live, I suppose."

"Wait-.. What about the others? Freddy, Moondrop, and Sundrop?"I ask, it finally sinking in that the Pizza Plex has been blown up.

"Michael probably has them on a USB or drive or something. They'll be fine." Evan explains.

"Can I have a bit more information on what's happening?" I ask, I don't really know why the Pizza Plex was being blown up, only that Evan made someone mad.

"It would be best if everything was explained at the house. After I ruin some lives.."

"What?"

"You'll understand soon enough. Just enjoy the flight and don't look down." Evan says.

Like any other person I looked down.

The world looks so far away from up here, just below the clouds. Its a bit difficult to see the town because the sun is disappearing above the horizon, its still interesting, and small, though.

And maybe I am a little scared of heights.. If Evan moves his arm one wrong way I am dead.

Oh well.

I trust him enough to hope he won't drop me.
