3rd POV
Location: Northern Parliament Pub
Time: Somewhere around 8pm
While all the random kidnappings from the portals were going around, one faction of Azur Lane was drinking the night away as usual. This was none other than the Northern Parliament. Their situations with the Sirens have been dealt for now. So now they're celebrating their victory with vodka and doing the Kazotsky dance while wearing ushankas.
In case you don't know what the Kazotsky dance is; first of all shame on you, secondly, this is what the Kazotsky dance is:
Anyways, moving on.
All of the Northern Parliament kansens were sat at multiple tables either drinking vodka, doing the Kazotsky dance, or just chatting away happily. The leader of the NP, Sovetskaya Rossiya was overlooking her comrades above a balcony. Standing next to her is her sister and vice commander, Sovetskaya Belorussiya.

(Btw, I'm going to use initials of any kansens with long name i.e Sovetskaya Rossiya will be named S.R for short etc)
S.R: Enjoying the night, sister?
S.B turns to her sister and responds.
S.B: Yes, I am. I'm also happy that we've finally dealt with all the Sirens around our land. They've been little annoying buggers and I'm glad that it's over.
S.R: Yes, me too.
Suddenly, someone comes up to the two sisters. They hear a noise and turn around to reveal it was Kirov.
S.R: Ah, Kirov. привет. (Hello there) what is it that you need from us?
Kirov: I've come to hand you a report. And it's very alarming.
The sisters were confused by what Kirov said.
S.B: Oh? And why is that?
Kirov hands them a file.
Kirov: Apparently, there were reports from other kansens stating that there had been cases of kansen kidnapping.
S.R: Kansen kidnapping?
Kirov: Yes. You may take a look what's inside the file. There are photos as evidence if you don't believe me.
S.R and S.B open the file and take out the photos. They then carefully inspect the photos. One photo shows some Eagle Union kansens trying to pull one of their friends out of a portal with some of them clearly being sucked in by another portal from behind. Another photo shows the Iron Blood kansens holding onto various objects trying not to get pulled in. And one more photo shows the Royal Navy kansens doing the same thing. However, this one shows some of them falling in.
