You could only stay silent as Borg rambled, him and the team were huddled across the room doing technical stuff. You wouldn't help much in that area so you decided to stay farther from them.
"I did. But that was before I truly understood the entire capabilities of what Zane's powers truly allow us." The human answered making your eyes advert over to them, you haven't realized someone else spoke.
You sighed through your nose, hands coming up from your sides to rub at your face tiredly. Today you couldn't keep your head out of the clouds, an uncomfortable feeling of uneasiness in your gut.
It was sure that the team weren't all fine and dandy at the moment, all worried for your friend. Maybe, splitting up wasn't as good of an idea like you all thought earlier.
"And what is that?" Kai questioned, brows furrowing as the man fiddled with something, "A chance to enter remotely. By the time we figure out where Lloyd is, it'll be too late to stop the Overlord from draining the golden Power."
If you didn't know the in depth explanation for the power, Borg's talk would be confusing, seeing as both of you possessed it meaning the overlord would also need you. but unfortunately, the golden power was connected in a way that, if one's were to be drained the others would also.
You picked at your skin, mind somewhere else while you stared at four chairs, for you they would be torture chairs if asked, you weren't nearing them. Good thing there were only four, cause you would not find yourself anywhere close to the devices.
Nya's head tilted as she added, unsurely, "And escaping the Digiverse?" The human's wheelchair turned to the side, Borg pointing a screwdriver at her with a nod. "Exactly." He praised, turning his back to them, "But if we digitize the ninja and Techno Blades using my experimental technology, you could fight him on his own turf inside the Digiverse."
The ninja's eyes widened momentarily when the multiple screens started flickering on, "What do you mean inside the Digiverse?" Jay asked, bitting his cheek after words as Cole shot him a glare, "Ugh, weren't you listening? He's going to put us into the video game."
"I know, heh," He defended with an cheerful laugh, "I just wanted to hear it again!" You were flabbergasted that he willingly wanted to, but what can you say it's Jay.
Pixal took a step forward, chiming, "But Mr. Borg," she started wearily, "if anything were to happen to them inside the program—" She was interrupted by the human, who kept a smile on his face, "Of course. Every step into the unknown has its dangers."
