"-I mean."

"Yes, that's the question, why the hell do you mean by you forgot."

"Okay, so I actually have a valid answer."

"I'm listening."

"You would have been mad that JayJay would be here too and most of all, I wanted to make you a surprise."

"Yes, he's right, wouldn't want to make you all hot and bothered before you even have the chance to see me again." A new voice adds in, except this is no 'new voice' but the one and only, my dear-

"Okay first of all, no, the only type of emotion your presence create is annoyance, thank you very much, and second, you could have left it at Terik's explanation who seemed valid enough."

Terik let an exaggerated sigh of relief that makes me stop the glaring look I had on to the asshole to turn to the sweet voice of my friend.

I could still feel the smirk on Jayden's lips as I looked in front of him and I never wanted to punch someone's face so badly.

Okay, that was a bit too much.

But, to be fair, it's been five minutes and he's already getting on my nerves. And he looks good with the goddamn jewellery he has on, the glistening catching my glance every time he runs his hand through his hair.

I follow Mateo in front of me and start making small talk with him. We all start sitting and Jayden comes towards the table, followed by Terik.

No ways in hell was I sitting anywhere close to that man, not that soon and not today.

"No, no, too close." I hummed negatively as Jayden made a move to sit at a one sit interval between us.

He didn't seem to understand, so Terik took the matter in hand, knowing me too well.

He grabbed Jayden by the shoulders, moving him to the next place and gently asking a random girl to move.

Disapproval sound from me.

Moved next place over. Still too close.

The table was ten place and circular.

Moving again, this time Jayden rolls his eyes out of bordom.

That doesn't stop Terik from moving him around, shoving people aside as well as he can, people being annoyed and glaring at us but some still watch us move along, entertained, like watching a tennis match.

That whole charade lasts until Jayden gets three place to my right, having almost rounded the whole table.

"Well no, that's also too close." I say to Terik.

"You do realise the table is round, right? You'll have to make a choice at some point." He responded.

"Yeah but-"
