After we both parted ways and I attended my last class I was both drained and content of that first day.
Now the good news is that the curse may have finally left me because my good old friend Jayden was not with me on the last classes, surprising considering it was sports and that dude lives, breathes and eat to talk or do sports. Won't catch me complaining, thought. He used to be one of this few male kids that could literally succeed too if the class in any sport we did.
Expect dance. Some guys do actually kick ass in dance, more than I could ever do, but the remaining of them could not make a decent choreography to save themselves.
Speaking from personal experience.
I from there went and picked up my car which was at one of the farthest place from the main hall since I couldn't fin a parking spot this morning.
After graduation, the first thing I did after receiving my college acceptance letters, I learned how to drive. I got my driving license and now I couldn't be more glad .
Where some of my friends still struggled to catch rides or spent all of their money of Uber, I was utterly content with my little car that I inherited from my mom, who doesn't use hers nearly as often as she used to a few years back.
I could have afforded a new one with a little help from my parents, it I preferred to secure all my savings to get the best apartment I could and I now have more than enough for life day to day.
Once at my place, I don't even make it to my room that my phone starts ringing. "Hello?" I answer.
"Heyyy, can I come over?" I chuckle at Lara's bluntness, quickly freeing and sending her the address.
Lara, Amber's cousin that I've know since the begging of high school, was a bold girl that I learned to like over the years. She may not be as close to me as Amber is, friendly speaking, but she can be a damn acquaintance, who knows how to have fun.
I quickly change from my school clothes to dark green sweatpants, a tight black crop top and an oversized white and black variety jacket, paring it with my Jordans of the same color.
So when she shows up with Amber on one arm, and a big bag of snacks on the other, I'm not surprised.
I show them round, obviously knowing that from now on they'll be coming here as much as I do.

I do not know how it happened, but a quiet fun girls night on my couch ended up with a dozen people in my kitchen.
Yes actually I do. I invited Terik, who invited Mateo, then Max tested me, saying how he felt neglected by this awful attitude, because Mateo apparently send him a photo of my Tv playing The Devil wears Prada, which resulted in me inviting him of course. As that was added two of Amber's friends, who came as she put it to "socialize" and I think a couple guys from the soccer team.
So we were all chitchatting and watching the movie, some pulling beers from God knows where and drinking them abundantly.
I was getting bored so I laid down on the couch, hoping to catch up with some notifications when Lara felt dramatically on the spot next to mine.
"So, how is life?" She asks, pushing a long sigh at the end of the sentence.
"Well, rather good I'd like to think."
"Ughh, I need to get laid." she groans, throwing her head on the couch behind her.
"Okay?"
"No, not okay, it's like there's no men with the minimum potential these days."
