Chapter 20 - Are you really my brother?

Tillie was looking alertly toward the black coat man but when she saw his face she exclaimed but hesitated and said "B-B-brother?"

Tristan looked embarrassed and wants to dig a hole for him to hide but if he does that, it will be more embarrassing, he glares angrily at Beldum and looked towards Tillie, and said: "Long time no see, fourth child"

"Yeah" She bowed her head and nodded.

After a few seconds...

Croo... Croo... Croo...

There's a bird flying past them.

Silence.

But beldum cannot stand it and respond and spins around them.

Whiiing Whiiing

Looking at this pig teammate swaying around, Tristan couldn't help but shouted angrily "Bastard, come back here!"

When beldum felts the anger of its owner, it couldn't help but shiver especially the cold glare, so, it runs away. It didn't want to get punished.

"Beldum!"

Whiiing! Whiing! (I don't)

"I count 1 to 3 if you don't come back here"

Whiiing! Whiiing! (I cannot hear you!)

"1..."

Whiiiing! Whiing! (I don't hear anything)

"2..."

Whiiiing! Whiing! (Hmph...You're a bad owner!)

"3..."

Whiiing! Whiiing! (I'll go, I will go, please don't hurt me, I'm still a baby)

It slowly approaches Tristan looking aggrieved and pitiful in front of him. Its eye was watery which is looks pitiful and cute.

Even Tristan who looks cold couldn't help but softens seeing this pitiful look, but he still his cold look and said "Just behave and follow me"

Then he looked at Tillie and said "Attack me"

Tillie who was looking at the scene was dumbfounded and hearing what he said, she was even more confused, what did he mean?

"Me... I, attack?" Tillie looked confused and became alert because she noticed something different, is this really her brother?

She remembered the past when her elder brother pranked her and beat her when she was a child, but when his father beat him up, he ignored her and didn't even talk to her since then, their only interaction was only when her elder brother always looks at her with hatred or sometimes sneering at her.

She knew that she was the reason why their mother died so she always behaved and didn't cause trouble when she was young. Except for her father, she can feel her elder brother and sisters are always distancing away from her, especially her elder brother.

So, she always wanted to ease the situation and wants to be accepted. She always gave them a gift. It's okay for the second elder brother and elder sister but her eldest brother was hard-headed and always ignored her. She even switches to two-sword, expecting her brother will notice and help her, and she's right, she was really noticed by him but he still ignores her which made her sad. There are times, she wanted to give up but she shook her head and motivates herself, until... When she heard the news that her elder brother got the punishment.

She remembers that time she cried on her bed alone. Her mother was already gone since she was born, and her father also died, then followed by her elder brother who got the punishment, don't know if he will return alive.
