It's morning and I'm bleeding in battle as usual. This time, we're trying to help the rebels in Peculia resist a raid on their base by the authorities. We're winning but at what price? A bloody price, that's it. Peace can never be achieved through peaceful means alone when things have gotten this far. Even the most peaceful of bringers of peace have had to put so much on the line in battle in order to achieve peace. This violence itself is a price everyone who didn't start acting when Nazis became a problem in Miitopia are paying for not doing anything at first. The price is paid even more greatly by those standing on the sidelines, not doing anything to stop them. I and many others should have learned about the growing threat of fascism after we defeated the SDL but we didn't until largely last year. The blood spilt is on my hands for several reasons. And no matter how much I clean my hands, that blood will always be there, a reminder of how much a fool I am and have been. All the good I've done in my world hasn't even been close to what I need to do in my world to fight fascism. I need to arm myself, get stronger, train, and be ready to die for the cause of defending the marginalized and workers and crushing Nazis. I'm not perfect. My own inaction has probably caused bad things to happen to some people I talked to online in the past. I don't truly know how much harm I unintentionally caused. The time for action is now. I never wanted to fight that much in my world but now, I see I have no choice. I don't even know how much I can trust my family to fight for marginalized people like me. At this point, it feels like I can barely trust them with such a thing.

But that's not the main focus of this recounting of an adventure that happened to me. Right when I was about to die again, time stopped. I found myself healed instantly and staring face to face with my counterpart from the timeline where Fluffy Afro never became Gorganan. "Come with me, Swiftdrawer.
