The Death Cure book ending

Chapter 1

This isn't my edit above just thought I put it in for all the Thomesa lovers. 

This story takes place when Thomas is looking up at the ceiling about to crash down on him. Third person pov.

Thomas looks up, he sees a big boulder coming down right above him. Suddenly he feels a harsh pull on his arm, he looks and sees Teresa with urgency in her eyes pulling on his arm. Then it hits him. RUN! Now he's the one pulling Teresa along but stops abruptly when he hears a Crack!  He turns around and sees that a falling piece of debris came down on Teresa's leg. He can hear Minho yelling, " Get out of there!" " Leave her!" but Thomas does the exact opposite. He quickly lifts the debris, luckily it isn't so heavy and takes Teresa in his arms.

He runs like he has never run before, dogging fallen pieces, looking at Teresa, and then he sees the entrance to the flat trans. He runs with all the energy he has left to beat the piece of ceiling about to black the entrance. Thomas is nervous but he can't give up, not since they've come this far. He thinks of Newt, Chuck, Alby, Winston and hoe excited they would be to see this, that they made it out of WICKED's grasp.

He runs for all of the friends he's lost on the way here, runs for his family even if he can't remember them. runs for a new life without WICKED controlling them, and runs like he is back in the maze. Running's all he's ever done since he entered the maze. He tries so hard and with he last bit of energy they finally make it through the flat trans as Brenda closes the door. 

Thomas almost falls from the momentum he gained but steadies himself and looks around. He sees beautiful mountains, trees, a vast abundance of land, and lots of people. Teresa groans and pulls him out of his thoughts, he gently puts her down on the grass. She has a look of utter pain on her face, but they made it through. Teresa's face is covered with beads of sweat and her leg is spilling blood. Thomas yells to no one in particular,

" Is anyone here a doctor, or has any experience with broken bones?"

A lady in a black tee shirt with blond hair walks up and says,

" I'm a doctor and can help in any way possible."

Thomas motions for the lady to come over to Teresa. The lady then says,

" My name is Trina and judging by how much blood is lost and the look on her face she is about to go unconscious. So we need to move her into a shelter of some sort."

As soon as Trina finished Thomas looks towards Minho and Brenda a knowing look passed between the three of them. Minho starts yelling at people to find any logs, rocks, or anything that can provide as a structure. Thomas looks down and sees Teresa's eyes drooping, about to close, so he takes her hand and says,

" Teresa I just want you to know that I've forgiven you, I put myself in your position in the Scorch and I would've done the same thing if it was you, Newt, Minho, or Chuck if he was alive. I would've betrayed all of you guys any day to save your guy's life. Thank you for saving my life twice now."   

When the structure is up Trina puts Teresa on the grass and looks over her injuries. It's getting pretty late so we all lay on the grass ad fall asleep.
