Where Izuku's actually had a quirk the entire time but seeing as it was dangerous and well sought for, had to hide it with quirk suppressing bracelets until he could control it. The only people in the know are his siblings and his best friend, Denki...

Quirk: Venus; The user can induce love into others, including the love for the user or love for another person. Effects will vary depending on the user's skill and power: those subjected to this ability may develop a strong infatuation for somebody but will remain in control of themselves, or they may feel so much love for somebody that they have an intense desire to make them happy, becoming completely submissive to them. The user may also summon a bow of love in which they pull back on the bow as if to shoot an arrow. The arrow will magically appear and they can shoot as many as they wish to. These arrows will make the targets either in love with the user or in love with whomever the user chooses. The next ability is charmspeak, the ability to charm or hypnotise people into doing what you wish. When using charmspeak on someone, they will feel as if they're in love with the user. One side ability is that the user's able to grant fertility to others like same-sex couples or infertile people with wombs. For the last ability, the user is able to kiss people to heal them.
Quirk Weaknesses: As a drawback, to use charmspeak, the targets of said hypnosis need to feel some sort of affection for the user whether it's love, lust, or simply thinking they're attractive. While arrows are unlimited, the weaker the user is, the weaker the power is over the target. For the fertility aspects, the person the user is granting fertility for must be in very good health and have unconditional love for their unconditional love for their future child, no mater what they turn out like. For the healing kisses, they don't have to be on the lips or involve any saliva, but the more intense the kiss is, the faster and better it's properties work.

Fun Fact: Izuku is he only person to have ever beat Nezu in mental games.
