Where Izuku's actually had a quirk the entire time but seeing as it was dangerous and well sought for, had to hide it with quirk suppressing bracelets until he could control it. The only people in the know are his siblings and his best friend, Denki...
We left off with a knock on Izuku's door while he's at his balcony.

-Izuku's POV-
I heard the knock at my door and began to head towards it. "Midoriya-kun! We're starting the dorm competition now so we're all, for the most part, heading down to the common room." I heard through the door. It sounded like that girl Hagakure. "Alright! I'm coming down now!" I shouted as I opened up my door and began walking down to the common room. When I got there I saw everyone but Katsuki's irritatin' ass.
'Figures... He sleeps like an elderly person in a home...' I thought before standing next to where Decchan was sitting. "Alright! We'll start off with the girls' side!" Hagakure exclaimed, her clothes moving showing her walking to the girls side of the dorm. We all followed to the elevator before heading to the second floor looking at the first dorm. The first one up was Jirou's dorm.
She had a white ceiling white the walls were uniquely painted with stripes and the designs of stereo speakers. The wall on the right side of their bedroom has a painting of the British flag. Above the raised floor were stage lights pointed at the bed that let out a purple light. Their curtains were a dark purple and their clothes were in a white wardrobe and dresser. on the lower floor level, there was grey tile and instruments such as drums and guitars. Their bathroom was more modern and bright with a shower, white marble flooring and walls, and a standard sink and bidet.
"Woah, Jirou... I love all the instruments!" Decchan said. "Maybe Decchan and I could play with you sometime. We've got some instruments in our dorms so maybe we could all practice together." I said, checking out how tall their mattress was. "O-okay... Sure." She said shyly. I think she may be a tsundere. 'At least a little bit...' I thought before we walked out.
The next room was Hagakure's. She room was much brighter and on the cutesy, kawaii side. She had stuffed animals around the whole room and a colorful curtain blocking the view to the balcony. Well, it would block it if it weren't for the fact they were transparent. Her bathroom was much more crowded than Jirous' but that's because she has a full-body tub and decorations around the walls.
"Uwah! Hagakure! I've got these same little flower cushions on my balcony and your bathroom's so cute!" I said, looking around with my arms behind my back. "It's... So bright..." I could hear from Tokoyami and Jirou. That makes sense though, especially since they seem to have the opposite style.

The next floor had Mina and Uraraka's dorms. Uraraka's dorm was similar to Hagakure's but a lot simpler and her bathroom was closer to Jirous' since it was just a shower and bidet. Her bed had blue sheets and frilly pillows while a projector was showing something above the frame onto the white wall. She had a desk and small coffee table and love seat on the right of her bed white the left had a small shelf, curtains covering the windows and door, and a fuzzy yellow chair and ottoman.
