(I've been contemplating if I should make an entire story in Leonardo's perspective, cause I have tons of ideas for that, but then I'd need to pause this story and I'd have more time to work through because his drama/backstory would have gone further than Tokyo. Which means I'll probably write that after this story is finished. But for now, you have this chapter in his perspective instead! So basically think of this.. as a trailer for a possible story yet to come.)

(Edit/Note: The stories description has the warnings in which were meant to really start off here, so do take note of that. Thanks of the you<3)

Leo jumped from rooftop to rooftop, he wasn't in his jean overalls and farmer boy looking outfit. He wasn't in anything, really. Just biker shorts, what looked like a mask covering his blue stripe, and some straps over his shell to carry things. Alongside the elbow and knee protectors. What was he doing hopping on expensive rooftops at night? Soon this calm night with his pure white eyes was energetic when a brain inside a robots body showed up. It was magnificently huge, but not so magnificent when it chased after him.

Leo's shoulders spiked up immediately and he awoke from his slumber, laying in a dark blue bed that often made him zone out like looking at the ocean, even though it made him seasick. Leonardo was a turtle known for his loyalty and passion. But also his arrogance or other issues. He often thinks being the eldest makes him the leader be default, so he brings it upon himself to take care of his family like a father when Splinter isn't.

Stress has been eating up this small turtle though, from dreams. Possibly visions. Something.. strange. He often zones out, daydreams, or his late nights give him nightmares he can't awaken from. Though he's gaining control slowly. Of course he hasn't told anyone about this other life he sees in his dreams, and sometimes even control. He wasn't dumb enough for that. They'd call him insane! Something was off about this dreamworld though. It felt real, too real. Like as if he suffered from DID. But the thing is, he didn't. And he knew that for sure.

"You shook the house again Leo, you having a seizure or hiding a special someone?" Raph spoke sarcastically, poking his head in through the shared bathroom that stood in between the two bedrooms.

"Yeah, sorry. Guess I passed out again, had a nightmare of a sort." He laughed it off and got up, making his bed and heading over to Raphael. "I'm fine, really."

"I mean don't really bother me if you are or not. Hope your dreams aren't nightmare-ish I guess-?" The turtle in red closed the door and walked away quietly.

How long had he been asleep for? He never remembered getting back home. Not to mention he felt almost completely worn out. He hadn't even used any energy today.

Whatever. (<—Most used word in all my stories)

Leo fell though a seemingly empty void. He was in a robe of the darkest, most elegant shades of blue. This was a new dream, not the same as he usually had. Instead he fell, for a minute or two perhaps. Landing with a thud on hard concrete, rubbing his head. Everything echoed like a cave of crystals, though he was in a forest back in Japan. He actually recognized this one, he used to visit it a lot. The name was on the tip of his tongue, and he couldn't quite place how this particular forest was familiar, cause it wasn't near home. Yet he stood up on a concrete path, and held onto a railing as his eyes fully adjusted. There was Japanese and Chinese written on the signs that echoed through his mind, though he for some reason couldn't seem to make it out. This place seemed off, warning signs everywhere. He spun around the brightly lit path just outside the forest, seeing a group of tourists walking away in the distance. He called out to them only to hear his words being lost in an echo that rang bells in his ears, like fog clogging his eardrums. Spinning around again, he felt his legs being forced to hop over the fence, grabbing onto a rope that lay broken and torn on the dirt. From people, actual people. He crawled deeper and deeper into the forest, no wild life chirped or croaked in there. Just silence. Dead silence. He saw frisbees, jackets, shoes, and many other ropes draped over tree branches or along the dark brown floor. Everything seemed bright, vivid, and yet dull. The place looked, sounded, smelled, and seemed off. He walked in about a mile or two by now, and saw a skull lying against a tree. Leo dropped the rope he held and ran over to it, investigating. Where was he exactly? It was familiar but he couldn't place the name or purpose of the place. Something that had Oak in it.. or something.. Oak.. Oak.... Taking another look around after hearing a twig snap, he heard a blood curdling scream. His legs shot up, and was immediately drawn towards the sound, getting there to see a person bleeding to death after gauging a chunk of meat, blood, and skin out of themself. She threatened to stab him when he ran closer, but he ignored it and tried to treat the wound on the dying human. She yelled as loud as she could and stabbed him in the center of his wrist with the big but cheap kitchen knife, he yelled in pain as his eyes shot wide open.
