Breathing heavily, Leo began to sink underneath the bathtub water. Each of his movements seemed to be muffled, nothing sounded hollow. He accidentally knocked over a metal cup and it hit the bottom of the tub with a clank that echoed in the vibrations of the cold water. The bathroom was dark, except for the poorly lit candles that lined the tub. Ice cubes bumped against him with every movement, and he shivered. Keeping his eyes closed. He steadied his heartbeat, and took a deep breath before the rest of his head went under. His heart beat loud, but slow.

Soon, two figures came into view. They skipped and danced along the beach holding hands. Leo turned to sea a seagull sitting perched on the railing beside him, it turned its head to look at him too before yelling. That, too, was muffled. Alongside the waves that hit his three toes. This was a normal beach, why would he dream of this? The two blurry figures came closer into view, running passed him as he turned. They were kids, friends perhaps. They both ran over to their mothers who held their arms open for a hug. Lucky kids. Leo scoffed and turned again, to face the water again. He walked closer, and the seagull flew away. Nardo squatted, running his fingers in the water as the small fish swam away.

Leo rose back up from underneath the tub and gasped for air, all of the muffled sounds disappeared. All he smelled was cherry scented candles. All he tasted was sand, and all he heard was the cold water dripping off him and into the water with a small splash. A knock echoed in the room for a moment, and he looked over at the door.

"You coming out soon, Leo? You've been excited for this movie for over a year now and now we're going to miss it if you don't hurry!" Raph called, and Leo quickly stood up and unplugged the bathtub to let all the water leave. He dried himself with another shiver, turned on the lights, and put out the candles.
"I'm coming, don't worry!" Leo responded, tying the towel around his waist as he saw himself in the mirror.

He brushed two fingers slowly over his blue stripe, and sighed. His words simply echoed in his head, like nostalgia or Deja vu.

I'm coming, don't worry.

Casey lifted his hoodie above his head and threw it on his bed, taking a light gray tank top and throwing it on. He had biker shorts on just because they were comfortable, and didn't forget to tie a different hoodie around his waist. Jones brushed his fingers through his hair and put on his skull and black earrings before striking poses in the mirror to make sure he looked good. Casey wanted to look badass in front of Dee. Hopefully he did, because that would suck if he didn't. Casey nervously cracked a smile at the thought of Donatello, but it broke quickly as he saw the time. So he grabbed his skateboard and dashed out of the apartment as quickly as he could, skating his way to the theater.

They were going to see 'Space Heroes: Wasn't Meant To Be But Really Was Because Of Long Cliche Cringe Names; The Sequel part 2'. Nobody knew why these names were always so long or abnormal, but if it's what Leo wanted to watch, then Donnie would.
Everyone sat down in their spots, and Donnie was about to sit down beside April before Raph yelled at him.

"I just checked and apparently it didn't select those two extra seats, it selected some seats a few rows up. F16 and F17, how about you and Case go sit up there? It's only for three and a half hours I believe." Raph called, with a smirk. Casey's head shot up from his phone and he stared at Raph with wide eyes.
"What?" He asked, and Raph's smirk simply widened.

Raphael stood up and whispered something to Casey before sitting back down, whatever it was, Casey's face lit up a bright pink and he stared into space with wide eyes for a while until Donnie finally grabbed his hand and dragged him to the seats. They both sat down, and Donnie hadn't heard a single breathe escape Jones.

"Breathing?" The purple turtle asked, Jones nodded quickly even though both his chest and cheeks were puffed out a little.

Donnie sighed and slid his hand up Casey's arm a bit, to let his thumb press lightly against the vein underneath Jones thumb on the wrist. Casey seemed to blink for a moment, but exhaled after a little bit.

"What are you doing?" He asked, staring at their hands.
"Calming you down, my father uses it for me so I wanted to try it on you."
"Really? Splinter taught you that?"
"Oh uhm.. Not quite Splinter-..?" Donnie's head shrunk about an inch in his shell as he looked around awkwardly.

Casey couldn't help but stare at Donnie helplessly throughout the whole beginning of the movie, studying the turtle closely. He wore a short sleeved shirt, and some ripped jeans. It wasn't much really, but he pulled it off. This was probably the first time Jones saw him without his mask, and it made him look adorable. Donnie caught on eventually, and looked over at Casey. They exchanged eye contact yet again.

"You alright, creeper?" Donnie joked, Casey's heart began to race.
"You just got a little something there, didn't want to embarrass you and point it out." Casey said, grabbing Dee's chin lightly and turning it towards the screen. Casey kissed Don on the cheek lightly and returned sitting down on his seat, watching the movie.

Shit, okay. Why'd he do that? Shit, fuck, he was doomed.

Mikey was stalking silently from the seat above them, with a terrible disguise and fake mustache. Brother has approved of gay, and was fully in on an operation him and his friends, consisting of Alopex, Irma, April, Raph, Leo, Mondo, Y'Gythgba, and so forth.

Donnie was left speechless at this, and didn't know how to react. So he didn't. Sure, his face lit up a bit and he blushed, but Casey was his friend and so he'd take it as a 'no homo' kind of situation.

Another twenty minutes of the movie passed, and Casey slid his hand back on top of Donnie's and held it lightly. Donnie didn't mind, until he heard snickering from the seat above, so he turned his head to look up. He recognized the face immediately.

Mikey what the hell are you doing up there?! He mouthed.
Watching the movie, duh! Michelangelo responded, and Donnie sighed. Casey looked over after as well, and waved.

Further into the movie, suspense was arising and Donnie scooted in closer to Casey, tightening the grip on his hand. Casey seemed to enjoy this, and ended up wrapping one arm around Dee's waist. Donnie simply rested his head on Casey's shoulder, almost on the chest.

And as everyone would have expected, Donatello fell asleep about an hour and a half in. Casey's stomach filled with butterflies and he giggled quietly.

(I have no inspiration now and it's now 1220 words in already so take this as the chapter.)
