Another Ashura

Chapter 10

[A year later]

It's been a year since the last tournament. After the destruction of South Town by the hands of the Zero Cannon, the incident was reported to be the result of an artificial satellite crashing to earth, and adorned the front pages to various newspapers of countries all over the world. A legion of individuals called for the end to The King of Fighters tournament, which had a notorious history of always inviting some sort of violent accident. In an ironically turn of events, this ended up causing the KOF tournament to regain considerable popularity. And thus, The King of Fighters 2001 was planned to take place. The interest in the tournament rivaled that of the KOF '97 tournament, nay, exceeded perhaps exceeded it.

Ashura hadn't been seen except for the students at his college, teachers and the professor of his college. He had finished his studies at the College and decided he was done with schools. He had a 2 twin daughters with Princess, he named them Victoria and Mira. He had been spending some of his time with princess Athena and his six months old daughter since the children he made only took 4 months before they were born, it surprised him when he discovered that.

[At some mountain]

Ashura was training at some mountains, he had returned back 20 hours ago and had trained for the entire 20 hours without taking a break, he had promised Princess Athena that he would still come spend with them because they were his wife and daughters and was not gonna abandon them.

Ashura wore a form-fitting blue sleeveless body suit that showed his broad shoulders with an open turtleneck that had golden trimmings underneath a red top that reached his abdomen that didn't have any sleeves and showed his broad shoulders with a purple crystal ball on the chest area and golden trimmings, blue baggy jeans, and knee-high purple combat boots. He also wore purple fingerless gloves that covered his entire forearm and a red flap on his waist with golden trimmings and slits on the sides.

He also cut his hair once again. His hair was short and spiky this time, with a lot of spiky bangs that covered his forehead and had no loose strands.

Ashura had just finished his training and decided to go to the Kagura mansion to see how Chizuru, Kris and Azalea are doing. He teleported himself back towards his home.

[Kagura mansion]

Chizuru was in the training grounds that were built in the backyard. She and Azalea were watching Kris, who was training. Kris had mastered using his flames to their fullest potential while using his metal gloves but he still had a lot of potential to unleash. He couldn't use his flames without having to use his special metal gloves, Azalea had also taught him how to use his Cryokinesis ability but he couldn't use them to their full extent and had to use his special metal gloves to control his ice powers.

Kris wore a blue skin-tight bodysuit that showed off his godlike physiques underneath a open blue biker jacket, blue jeans, black belt with a large silver buckle. He wore blue metal gloves paired with blue biker boots. He also wore sunglasses that Azalea had bought him and bandana that hid his hair except for his bangs that covered his forehead.

Azalea wore icy blue turtleneck and heart cord with detached light sleeves, green leaf arm-warmers, icy blue wrist length metal gloves, medium blue skirt with matching color shorts under her skirt and icy blue high-heels.

Chizuru: Your younger brother seem to be breaking his limits everyday, I have never seen a human being achieve such power in such a short time.

Azalea: He has a lot of potential than me. That's why the Cartel kidnapped him when he was just a newborn baby.

Chizuru: The trauma has done a lot of things to him. When are you going to let him see the outside world?

Azalea: [Sighs] He is not ready yet, he can cause lot of troubles because of his short temper. Can't we do something to help heal his emotional scars.
