Chapter 29

[Day of the wedding]

Athena was in her room sleeping peacefully. Then, there was a knock on the door that woke her up, causing her to groan out in frustration as she remembered that she had locked herself in her room. She got off her queen-size bed and walked to the door, then unlocked it.

She got surprised when she saw Mai and Yuri standing in front of the door.

Yuri: Good morning Athena, do you remember what day is it?

Athena: [Excited] It's our wedding day!!! After 20 days of torture of not seeing my man, I'm finally gonna see him again. Why are you guys here?

Mai: Azalea and her mom are gonna be here soon, you better prepare yourself girl or you'll miss your wedding.

Athena: You're right.

Athena ran to the bathroom to prepare herself for her wedding and Mai along with Yuri looked at her.

Yuri: Let's go prepare ourselves for the wedding.

Mai: Yes.

The two of them rushed to the guest rooms to prepare themselves.

[Minerva's room]

She had already woke up and took a shower and was waiting for her dress to arrive.

Minerva: I knew that I could have put my wedding dress in my room yesterday but I had to rely on Hinako to bring my wedding dress.

There was a knock on the door and Minerva opened and got relieved when she saw Hinako and King.

Minerva: You guys have arrived, where is the wedding dress.

King: We have it.

King and Hinako brought the wedding dress in and handed it to Minerva, who grabbed it and closed the door to change.

[With Ashura]

Ashura and the others were at the Kagura mansion. Ashura was in the garden with Kris and were enjoying the view.

Ashura wore a white buttoned up collared dress shirt with a black tie underneath a white tuxedo that was buttoned up halfway, white dress trousers, black belt with a silver buckle, white socks and white dress shoes. His hair now reached below his shoulders and had many forelocks that reached above his eyes with his side bangs that extended below his chest.

Kris wore a white buttoned up collared dress shirt with a black tie underneath a white tuxedo that was buttoned up halfway, white dress trousers, black belt with a silver buckle, white socks and white dress shoes. He also wore his black metal gloves and his shaggy and spiky hair reached below his back with two forelocks that reached below his eyes.

Kris: You know what this means, do you Ashura?

Ashura looked away in sadness but had a sad smile on his face.

Ashura: I'll have to look after my family and stop participating in the tournaments so that I can stop attracting danger.

Kris: I know it is hard for you my friend, but I will always support your every decision. Just focus on being a good husband and a father, i will deal with those who threaten Earth.

Ashura: It's a shame that the others are not here, the four of you make a great team and I would like all us to be an official team.

Chizuru suddenly ran into the garden and called out Ashura, who looked at her.

Ashura: What is it Chiz?

Chizuru: Some green haired young woman wants to see you.

Ashura: (Green haired...) Call her in.
