Later that day after my daily coffee break, I am in fencing practice when Wednesday walks in. She walks through my fight with Xavier and he stops to watch her. She goes over to Bianca and Rowan's fight.

"Coach, she tripped me." Rowan says from the floor.

"It was a clean strike Rowan." Coach says.

"Maybe if you whined less and practiced more you wouldn't suck." Bianca spoke as I helped Rowan up and returned next to Xavier. "Seriously, Coach, when am I gonna get real competition? Anyone else want to challenge me?"

"I do," Wednesday said in a blank tone.

"Oh, you must be the psychopath they let in."

"And you must be the self appointed queen bee. Interesting thing about bees. Pull out their stingers, they drop dead."

"Ohh," I say laughing.

"Rowan doesn't need you to come to his defense. He's not helpless, he's lazy." Bianca's smile faded.

"Are we doing this or not?"

"Yeah, Bianca!" I yell, "What? You scared?"

She glared at me as she pulled down her mask.

"En garde" Coach called.

They started fighting and I smiled as I realized Wednesday was really good. Wednesday got the first point but Bianca soon tied it up.

"The first point was clearly beginner's luck. Bianca smiled smugly. "Let's finish this."

Wednesday turned to Coach. "For the final point, I would like to invoke military challenge. No masks, no tips. Winner draws first blood."

We all watched closely to the match now. All the others had stopped and were now watching.

"It's your decision Bianca," Coach nodded.

"Let's see if you bleed in black and white." Bianca said.

They began to fight again, Wednesday going even harder. She seemed to be winning before Bianca slashed her forehead.

"Your face finally got that splash of color it so desperately needed" Bianca smirked proud of herself.

After practice Xavier walks Enid and I back to our dorms. I shower then get in my pajamas.
