Him and I

Our house

I look through the car window and look at all the green trees and buildings I've never seen. After a while, the driver said ''We're here have a nice day!'' I take my seatbelt off and step out of the car. All I see are tall buildings made of glass and lots of malls. I didn't expect Seoul to look like this. I thought it was like Germany round with big buildings. But these buildings were extremely big. There were also big tv's on buildings like in New york. There was a picture of a woman holding lipstick and making an ad. We walked around a little bit and tried to find the directions using a navigation app. We couldn't find the place so we asked a stranger for directions. ''There is a man there we should ask him'' mom says. She takes heavy fast steps towards him. He walked the other way with earphones on so we only saw his back. Mom didn't see his earphones and kept yelling ''Cyogio!'' which means ''excuse me'' in korean. ''Mom let's ask someone else!'' I said. My mom kept trying to get his attention but he still didn't hear so I decided to walk towards him and tap him on his shoulder. I hesitate at first but take heavy big steps towards him. I tap him on his shoulder and scream ''Cyogio!!!''. He stops walking and turns around. His eyes go straight into mine as fast as he turns around. He looked shocked and looked into my eyes for a while before he understood that we needed help. I feel very uncomfortable. Why does he look at me like that? I feel his eyes deep staring at me. His eyes have a deep brown color.. He blinked a couple of times and looked away. He bit his lip of frustration and aggressively took his earphones off apologizing. ''I'm sorry, what can I help with?'' he says. I interrupt my mom as soon as she says something. ''Yeah uh we–'' ''We're very sorry it was a mistake we thought you were someone else.''

I feel my moms and Jiro's deeply confused faces staring at me. As soon as I finish my sentence I turn around and grab both of my moms and Jiro's arms. I drag them and walk the other way confidently. No words were said after mine. After a while my mom says ''Yaaaa! Bi-cheoso!?'' Which means ''hey are you crazy!?''. I look at my mom's frustrated face as she aggressively tries to take her loss of my arms. I blink fast several times and stare into my mom's eyes. ''Mom it's not the whole world let's just go and ask someone else'' Jiro takes a step forward and says ''Excuse us it was a mistake have a great day'' The stranger just kept looking at us like we were some crazy foreigners. We kept walking in Seoul and asked another stranger for directions. My mom politely asked him for directions and he helped us. ''You should go straight and then go right. You'll find a long walking road. ''Goodluck!'' My mom thanks him as she immediately continues walking. After 15 minutes of walking we finally found it. It was a medium size light green house on a mountain with many houses besides. ''Guys do you like it?'' I look at Jiro and see his surprised face as he follows mom's steps. It's a small neighbourhood with a tight little walking road and you can see the whole Seoul from here. The house had a white painted small gate door. ''There is our house'' mom says. I look at our house and see a little shadow standing. I can't really see what it is. As I walk towards it I see a familiar face. ''Dad!!!!'' I run towards him as he picks me up laughing. Jiro starts running towards him and hugging him. He's hugging us both. ''My whole world is finally in my arms as i promised.'' dad says. I don't feel the rock and fear in my stomach anymore because I feel safe in his arms. ''Appa bogosipeoso!!'' Jiro says. It means ''Dad I missed you'' He looks down on us but then he looks up and sees mom. She walks towards him as he hugs her too. ''Okay come in and fix your rooms, I'll be in the living room.'' Dad turns around and opens the gate door. The view is amazing too. He walks in and takes his black slippers off. Mom is the last to enter so she closes the door and locks it. I go upstairs to choose a room. I chose the first room I saw. I enter my room with my heavy luggage and open it. It has a sloping window on the roof. The room has a white wardrobe in the left corner to the window and a big 2 person bed in the middle on the other side. It has blue bed sheets. On the right of my bed there's a big white desk for studies. I have white curtains and a brown door that you can slide when you open or close it. The floor is light brown with a white big rug and the walls are white too.
