Jayson awoke in darkness. Heavy darkness. He could barely see in front of his face. He spun around in circles slowly, but couldn't see anything. Suddenly, just as soon as he stopped spinning, there was a light behind him. Jayson spun around to the dim light. It was a tiny fire, the size of a lighter. Jayson walked to the flame, and took no time, stomping on it. Jayson rubbed his foot on the black floor of the pitch black room. After a bit more rubbing and stomping on the flame, Jayson lightly lifted his foot up, seeing a tiny ember. Jayson lied on his stomach, up close to the flame, curious. The tiny ember looked... kind of pretty, the red and orange lights dancing on the black asteroid the coal was. Jayson sighed in the embers beauty, accidentally blowing a few flaming ashes, giving off dim light as they flew away, all but one landing. Jayson stood on his feet and ran to it, slowly walking as he followed it closely. Soon, there was a strong gust of wind that blew the ash away, Jayson running to follow. Then, without warning, the ash landed on a large pile of wood, hidden in the darkness. Jayson jumped back as the wood fed the flame on the ash, quickly growing the fire and immediately the entire wood pile engulfed in flames. Jayson was frozen, he didn't know what to do as the fire grew. Suddenly, Jayson could hear something calling his name. There were two voices in the fire. One man, one woman. Before Jayson could say anything, he felt something strange.
