Chapter 6

As I walked through the portal of blue I felt at ease with myself. Which is something I've been struggling with. My name is Ash. I'm the second born and I'm 21 years old. I opened my eyes and I saw a leaf that landed on my face. It was blue with a hint of purple.

Then I sat up and held my head, it was hurting so much I felt like I hit it on a wall. I rubbed my eyes and it was beautiful. I got up and I started walking around. I took pictures of the place I was at which felt unreal and like a dream.

As I walked through the woods I ended up at a flower field and they were pink, red, and white mixed. Beautiful none less, I looked up at the sky and it was sunset. As I looked in the sky there were two moons. I wonder why they have two and not one moon.

I felt at home here. I saw a light then I ran to the light like there was no tomorrow. I stood at the place with zero words. I didn't know what to say, it was amazing. The homes were made from this red-purple wood and the windows were clear. I didn't even know there was a window there. There were lanterns in the sky floating and it was stunning.

I wandered through the town and it was very lovely. There were people wearing masks but only covering their eyes although they could still see. I thought it was unique and inspiring. I grabbed my sketchbook and started drawing what I saw so far. This place was beautiful and inspiring. I saw a sign in the town that said "Welcome to Hollow Echo". I put the title of this place in my sketchbook.

I saw a lake and I felt a force telling me to go to that lake. I fell into a daze and then a guy came and went in front of me. He covered my eyes and let go. I snapped out of the trans and looked up and the guy in front of me was cute. He has short black hair and tan skin, he was wearing a suit. His eyes were as blue as the sky.

"You alright my dear?" He said calmly

"Yes thank you!" I said nervously

" Never go to this lake sirens live here," he said so politely

"Yeah sorry, I didn't know I was new here," I said trying to stay calm

His hand touched my face and his skin was soft. His eyes were as blue as the sky. They felt like the ocean. His eyes shined in the little light the woods had.

"Do you need a place to stay dear?" he asked

"Yeah, what's your name?" I asked

"My name is Nik, what's yours, Darling?" Nik asked

"My name is Ash," I said

"Wait did you call me Darling?!" I said as my face turned red

"Come on dear, you can stay with me," Nik said holding ash's hand

As he took my hand I felt calm and safe while holding his hand. Nik seemed nice and sweet and I'm glad to have a friend in this realm or world. Was this a world? Or is this a realm?
