The Warmth within a cold heart

Chapter 4

   

   Peter woke up at 6 am realizing he had school, he starts getting excited, and he stands up and leaves the building locking it in the process. He starts walking there and he arrives there at 7:30. Looking at the big school Peter walked in. People looked at him confusesd and some laughed at him. But he stayed quiet and went to the principles office.

  "Ahh, Mr Parker glad you can join us- What are you wearing? And where is your stuff?" The principle asked. Peter looked confused and looked at his outfit. It's the same one he has been wearing since he escaped and what stuff?

  "Uhm there is a lost and found box over there grab new clothes and shoes, and I'll have some stuff for you for school alright?" The principal says sm. Peter nods his head and goes to the post and found box. He pulls out sneakers, a Blue hoodie, and some black pants. Peter grabs them and take them into the restroom and he changes. Before he comes out he hears people taking so he steps out the restroom.

  Peter walks in and sees the principal with a tall blonde student.

  "That's better, Anyways this is Harley Keener, he will show you around" the principal says with a Smile. Harley waves at him. "And Harley this is Peter Parker, he is a transfer student so please make him feel welcome." The principal says again. Peter keeps a straight face. The principal gives him a backpack pull of school supplies and his class schedule. "Now Harley will show you around before class starts" they say as they let harley and Peter leave.

They walked in silence before Harley spoke up. "So what brings you hear to midtown tec?" He says looking at him. "To learn." Peter says back cold. Harley just nods his head and leads him to his first class.

Harley sits down next to Ned and Mj.

"Alright class we have a New student his name is Peter Parker, welcome him and be nice" the teacher says. Peter just stands there with a dull expression."You Can go sit next to Harley, the one who showed you around." The teacher tells him.
He nods and sits down next to Harley and listens to the teacher.

-At lunch-

Peter doesn't grab any food so he just walks in and sits down at a table in the corner of the room. He was watching Harley and his friends then someone came up to them. "Hey Gay freaks" Flash says knocking off One of their trays of food. Peter sees it and walks over there and pushes flash and his goonsn out the way. "Buzz off." Peter says to Flash."Why are you protecting the freaks?! You should be hanging out with me!" Flash says pissed off. Flash keeps throwing insults at the group. Peter has had enough and grabs the trays off the ground and smacks Flash in face with it. He falls to the ground with a bruised eye. Flash and his goons ran away pissed and Peter puts the tray on the table.

"Uh Thanks for the help, it was really funny when you smacked him." Harley says to Peter."Hey! Uh want to sit with us?" Ned says. Peter looks at him "Sure." He says. Peter sits with them and they start talking about stuff and Ned starts talking about star wars to Peter since he said he has never heard of it.

The bell rang and Peter was called to the principals office. Harley came with him since it was kinda his fault.

"Peter, Flash says you hit him in the face with a tray of food? Did you do that?" The principal says. Peter nods his head yes and the principal sighs. "Peter it's your first day here, I don't want to give you detention already." The principal tells him the Harley steps in. "It was my fault, Flash was insulting us and Peter just came to help." He says to the principal. "Well it's only warning today. Go back to class" the principal tells them and they walk away.

While walking down the hallway they stay silent. Until "Hey, sorry about the whole flash mess" He says. "It's fine, he was being a bitch." Peter says and Harley covers his mouth "AYE, can't curse around teachers." He says like he is shushing him. Peter stares at him and Harley takes his hand away. "Man you're scary like Mj." Harley says to him laughing. "Is that a insult or a compliment?" Peter says in a monotone voice while moving closer to harley. "It's a compliment itS A COMPLIMent!" Harley says in a funny scared voice. Peter tries not to smile at this but Harley sees a little smirk form. "Oh my goddddd, i made the emotionless man smileeeeeeeee" He says in a child like voice. Peter looks at him with a blank face. "I did itttttt" Harley does like a small victory dance. "You are so childish" Peter says to him as he rolls his eyes. "Everyone tells me that Darling." Harley says as the reach the class but the be rings. "We walked here for nothing!" Harley says. Peter shrugs and starts walking to his locker. Harley, Ned and Mj walked up to him before Flash and his goons could.
