Ayla woke up, her vision was still blurry, she felt ropes around her. The room was quite cold, there was no wind, but it still was clearly not insulated. She didn't remember how she got here, as her vision cleared up she realised she was tied to a pole that was in a room that seemed to be located in a pirate ship. She was sitting, her arms and feet were tied as well. There were two ropes that were holding her against the pole, one on her chest and one on her stomach.

"Finally you're awake" Ayla heard a voice speak from across the room, she turned her head and saw Harry Hook, sitting on a chair with his feet on the table, he was polishing his hook. He had a neutral face expression. He said with a hint of annoyance.

Her memories slowly came back, she didn't want to reply to Hook, she was being held hostage until she showed him the location of the treasure.

"So," he kept talking "anything you want to tell me"

Ayla just stared at the ground. She couldn't give anything away. That's when she realised that her cheek wound started stinging.

When she didn't say anything nor look at him, Ayla heard as he started walking towards me, she heard his heels knock on the creaking wooden floor, getting closer to her. She heard him stop when he was close to her. Ayla felt his hand beneath her chin as he lifted her head up.

"Look at me when I talk to you, I won't repeat this again" he repeated. Half a second after he briskly moved his hand causing her head to drop a little bit.

Ayla had a small frown, but she turned her head to look at him this time. His gaze locked with hers again, but this time she saw something different, not hatred, nor anger, she saw a hint of warmth in his eyes. He looked away quickly.

"Ok, have it your way, fine. I will torture you until you tell me where the treasure is" he said as he pulled out his sword and put it against her throat. His facial expression was different this time.

Ayla breathed louder but remained silent.

"Hmm" Hook sighed, "I didn't want to do this" he retorted

"Do what?" Ayla asked

But he didn't answer, she just saw him clench his hand into a fist. He made a swift move and punched her in the stomach that knocked the breath out of her. She grunted in pain. She waited a few seconds for the pain to ease, while heavily breathing.

"I.... still won't... tell you" she tried to say something through the grunts.

He got closer to her ear and brushed her hair back "Come on, just one little piece of information. It's not that hard."

Ayla said nothing, but she felt herself resisting the urge to obey. Why is he so persuasive? I don't understand.

"Look at me" he said as he turned her head with his hook. Ayla saw his blue eyes as they were pulling her in. "All you have to do is tell me"

What is happening to me? She asked herself, but even that thought was getting weaker, almost nonexistent by the second.

Her arms and legs felt weak, she didn't have the urge or the need to resist it anymore. She didn't want to.

She took a deep breath.

"It's in the Dead Man's cove, on the other ..." she trailed off. She felt weak and at the same time she forced herself to stop speaking. No.. don't say it.

"Keep going sweetheart" she heard Hook's soft voice.

"On the other side of the island, hidden in a cave" Ayla said in a weak tone, almost instantly.
