MU CHAPTER 8
"Good morning, Section S!" Masiglang bati ng isang lalaki na nasa 30's habang papunta ito sa harapan at nilapag ang kaniyang mga dalang libro sa lamesa.
"Okay, how many are we" At inilabas nito ang hintuturo at nag simula ng mag bilang ng mga estudyante na nandoon."
"Six students! Medyo maliit ata ang mga naka-pasok ngayon ah!" He exclaimed.
Mayroong katahimikan ang biglang bumalot sa paligid. Habang nasa gilid sina Reyn at Cai na kanina pa nalilito sa mga nangyari.
"Oh! Pardon me, I am Alexei Ivankov. But please call me Prof Alex for short. Everybody calls me that."
Reyn couldn't be sure if this man, with slightly crumpled shirt and thick glasses is her teacher. He seemed too odd!
"Cai, any intel?" Reyn whispered so carefully.
"Just some normal infos. Nothing suspicious."
"He's clean."
Cai was uneasy with what Reyn said.
"Yeah, too clean."
"How about we start today's lesson with the introductions of my dear students?" Then Prof Alex gleamed an innocent smile!
He's too innocent! Reyn couldn't believe that this man who is smiling like a goof has no some sort of information related to some organization.
"I'll go first! Hehehe." The girl in pigtails raised her hand.
"Okay, please go ahead." He smiled again. There is definitely something about his smile. Reyn straightens up, as the Professor's eyes landed from the girl on the other side f the room to her direction.
"I'm Athasia Van Lee. Please to meet everyone! I hope we can all be friends!" Athasia spoke with a hint of accent.
Her hair was curly at both ends. And she's like a porcelain doll. So delicate and fragile.
"Next please." The prof smiled at Athasia, then lanced at the boy who was beside her.
"I'm Ron Arlbert Nikroskive. Pleased to meet everyone." He doesn't seem pleased at all with his eyes hanging low like some old rag.
Unlike Athasia who emits the whole cupcakes and rainbows, Ron seemed to be out of the weather. And Reyn couldn't help but think, what was his purpose on going to this University.
"Hello! I am Sammy Leigh Northwest. I hope we can get along." The girl with trousers and turtleneck stood up.
Among all the persons there, she seemed the most normal one. Not that, herself and Cai are some kind of weirdo. Sammy just emits that kind of vibe.
"I am Theo Van Lee" It's as if on cue all heads turned to where Athasia was seated.
Before anyone could utter a word, Theo already spoke with the confirmation.
"Yes. We're twins."
"Fascinating! It must fun!" Prof Alex shouted.
"No."
"No."
They both speak simultaneously, with faces looking grim and dark. Reyn didn't expect Athasia to also emit this kind of aura.
Prof Alex smiled awkwardly. "Well, let's move on. And you are?"
With a huge playful smirk, Cai stood up and introduced herself "Hi! I'm Cairine Mayorga! Nice to meet you all!" She spoke in the most girlish voice ever. Not that it was bad, but for Reyn it was definitely out of character.
