Changing the past

Makoto's POV

I was on my bed. I had rested for a little while. I don't necessarily know what time it is. I feel a lot better now that I have rested. I should probably help the others.

I get up from bed and head to my door. I then remembered what happens after I opened the door back then. I Decided to wait a little until I hear the doorbell. As I open the door I see Sayaka with a once worried expression to a glad one. I smile at her.

Sayaka- "Makoto! You're awake! How are you feeling?"

Makoto- "Don't worry Sayaka. I'm feeling better!" Sayaka sighs, relieved that I was ok.

Sayaka- "I'm glad you're feeling alright. Well if you're doing ok now, could you come with me to the dining hall?"

Makoto- "Oh! Sure!"

As we walk to the dining hall, we had some small talk. Like how we used to go the same school and that we wanted to talk to each other during then. I had missed her smile. I missed the friendly chats we had.

As we walk into the dining hall, there didn't seem to be anyone there yet.

Makoto- "I guess the others aren't done yet."

Sayaka- "I hope they found a way out..." Sayaka seems scared. I know why.. I will change the past. I swear it..

Makoto- "Don't worry Sayaka. We'll get out of here. I'll keep you and the others safe." I smile softly at Sayaka. She smiles back.

Sayaka- "Hehe! Well with you protecting me I guess I won't have to worry!"

And just as she said that. Taka came bursting into the room.

Ishimaru- "Makoto! Sayaka! You're here first? I thought for sure I would be first!"

Soon the other started to come in.

Ishimaru- "Alright! Let's discuss what we all discovered!"

Junko/Mukuro- "Wait where's Kyoko?"

Ishimaru- "seriously?! Come on! This is literally the first day of school and she's late! Well I guess we will do this without her."

Junko/Mukuro- "Me, Chihiro and Leon went to look around the dorms."

Chihiro- "T-the rooms are totally sound proof! Someone could be screaming their lungs out and the neighboring room can't here a t-thing!"

Leon- "My throat still hurts-"

Mondo- "Me and Sakura were trying to see if we could get that big giant metal door to open. But even with our strength combined it wouldn't open."

Celeste- "Intresting.. well, I can hardly say I did anything. As well as some others."

Junko/Mukuro- "Are you serious?! We could all be in danger and you aren't gonna lift a finger to help!?"

Celeste- "Adaptability is survivability. If you don't adapt you might as well die." Celeste smiled.

Junko/Mukuro- "You are insane."

After she said that someone came bursting into the room.

Ishimaru- "Kyoko! Where have you been?! You're late!"

Kyoko- "Where I was doesn't matter. Look." She set down a piece of paper down on the table.

Aoi- "What is it?"

Makoto- "A map.. I'm guessing of the area." Kiri nods.

Kyoko- "It's similar to the foundation of Hope's Peak."

Hifumi- "S-so, what you're saying is that this place is Hope's Peak?"

Kiri nods again.

Aoi- "B-but, isn't Hope's Peak supposed to be a school?"

Kyoko- "Something has definitely changed about it thats for sure. I don't fully understand it at the moment."

Yasuhiro- "Jeez why are you guys so worried? Its all fake right?"

Byakuya- "could you not be stupid for one minute?"

Yasuhiro- "Hey! 😠"

Makoto- "W-well. If that all we found I think we should discuss the nighttime regulations."

Celeste- "I suppose you are right. Here's a suggestion. How about we make it a rule for ourselves that we shall not be out of our dorms after the night time announcement."

Aoi- "Why would we do that?"

Celeste- "Think about it. We will all be scared during night time and It would be best so no one will kill anyone, am I wrong?"

Byakuya- "She's right. Any one of you simpltans would be thinking about."

We all agreed to the new rule. After that we went to our rooms for tonight. I'll fall face first onto my bed. I was already exhausted..
