I woke up today feeling the same, but no infact I was diffrent, I was one year older. I decided today after I was done with my chores I would go to the park and have a picnic with myself. I would prepare and pack all of my favorite foods and drinks and eat them.

...

I arrived at the park, but not before picking up my favorite coffee on the way. I layed down my blanket and set my basket down. The park was beautiful this time of day. I siped my coffee while looking around.

I'm glad I brought a book because I forgot the fact that I was very lonley. I read my book while snacking on all of my favorite snacks and eating all of my favorite food. I didn't even notice when the sun was going down.

I hurried and packed up all of my things and made my way back home. I very much disliked walking home at night. The alleyways were dark, cold, and most of all creepy.

Cathrine and the girls said they would be back later tonight.

Even though the house was already clean I needed to make sure it was spotless when they got back.

...

I pushed my key in the door and opened it. I went to the kitchen and put back all the snacks I didn't eat in their rightful place. After that I put the picnic basket away and began to spotcheck the house, making sure everything was perfect.

The last place I checked were their rooms. I could tell some of the surface areas needed to be dusted so that's what I did.

I dusted every single surface area in all of their rooms and while I was at it, cleaned the whole thing.

By the time I was finished I could here the front door being open.

"Cinderella!" I could hear Catherine shout from downstairs.

"O-on my way." I knew she couldn't hear me but I still said it out loud. They were always telling me how I needed to speak up.

I rush downstairs to greet them and take their bags.

"H-how was your v-vacation?"

"Ughh dear you wouldn't even begin to believe the half of it."

"Yeah, our aunties and uncles bought us so many presents. Me and Jessica's combined we're probably worth thousands."

I nod while I roll their suitcases.

"Don't struggle too much darling. We've got more in the limo."

Limo? Ella's was wondering where all this excess money even came from. Ella only made so much money to keep everything stable, not wasting it on Ubers and especially not limos.

...

It took a while for Ella to roll all their luggage plus gifts upstairs. Rest assured once she was done they would find another way to torture her more.

When Ella made it back downstairs Kate asked. "So, Cinderella how did you spend your holidays."

Enjoying the break, Ella thought.
