Shifting is transferring your awareness into another reality everyone can do it. They are multiple realities,I have done it it's 100% real and 100% safe and everything feels real, the people in your dr have feelings like you and me so don't go around hurting they're feelings for your own amusement

Terminology:
Cr= current reality (this reality)
Dr= Desired reality (the mcu universe, hp universe, pjo universe ect.)
Tr= Temporary reality (kind of a dr except you say tr)
Ar/Or= Other reality or Alternative reality (this can be any reality i.e mcu,avatar last air bender, Sabrina the teenage witch, fame dr or another reality like your cr with a twist)
Scripts
What is scripting?
Scripting is essentially writing down which reality you want to shift to and what you want to happen for example; they are multiple Marvel realities but I want to shift to one where I exist and my name is Stella I'll script it in you can script in your head because your subconscious will remember you don't need your script with you to shift nor do you need it but it's nice to have one if you like me what specific things to happen.
Here are some things that you can script.
Your dr name:
Your age:
Your love interests:
Your backstory and background information:
Your friends:
Your job:
Your house & parents:
The time ratio example: 1 hour in my cr is 1 month in my dr
And more!
You DONT have to script in anything you don't want.
shifting is 100% safe and when you shift your subconscious fill in for you and your body is STILL in your cr and you can't script in things for your cr.
