(A) force yourself to got to school,work,social gatherings on a daily basis but can't even make yourself shift your OWN AWARENESS to your DESIRED reality.Like babes if you want to be in your cr where you are faced with problems but you don't want to go and meet your comfort character(s) be my fucking guest but ME on the other hand?

I know it's hard, having to a method and have a specific mindset to shift and especially after failed attempts. It's irritating because sometimes you don't try hard enough and sometimes you do but timmothè chalamet once said: " success is always right after failure" and I can honestly and solemnly vouch for that. Our comfort characters aren't waiting for us because (a) they can't tell if you shift (b) you probably haven't even met them in your dr yet. I know, i know it's tedious in our minds laying down, saying affirmations then falling asleep the cycle goes on?But should it really? Methods aren't supposed to be boring in fact quite the opposite they are meant to connect you to your desired reality I've now created a new shifting method called: The comfort method
1) Get comfortable
2) Use your five senses (what does the wall feel like? Are you wearing socks? Does the carpet feel or smell nice, what does your mirror look like?
3)think dr thoughts 💭 prompts: what does my bed feel like? Should I brush out my hair? Does my breathe smell good? What colour is my tooth brush? Should I annoy my siblings? What time is it?
4) this is MOST vital most important part do what feels comfortable whether it's affirming,your final push, falling asleep or just continuing your method.
Since shifting is a personal thing it makes sense for you to do something that resonates with you. And if you don't know yet try and find out.
And please for the love of merlin don't script that you get woken up by someone. Something yeah sure but as I stated in the chapter twice before this it's really weird/spooky getting woken up by someone.

Imagine you wake up in a strange setting with a fictional character waking you up or just a random stranger. Your going to panic then realise that you shifted and panic more and your comfort character won't understand they will try talk to you or calm you down but it won't really work will it?
Try shift when you feel like you should like you may have a good feeling about shifting some nights you will and others nights you won't that's perfectly fine. Take it a day at a time.

Now I'm talking about these for a reason, methods are like a specific recipe from a cook book
Sure you can bake super nice cookies without it but some people just prefer it.The reason behind saying a recipe is because you CAN shift without a method you can do whatever feels right in no particular pattern or order the same WAY that you can make cookies without specific guide lines from strangers
