Babysitting

My sister asked me to babysit this weekend and knowing I could not say no to seeing my baby niece I automatically said yes

"So formula is in the counter breast milk is in the freezer burping rag is on her nap swing-"she says rushing out the door

"baby let's go we'll be late" her husband adds I smile at her "go Diane me and iris we'll be okay and if I need help Austin we'll be here soon to help"I say she smiles and gives iris a kiss once more before leaving

I place the baby on my hip as I take her into the kitchen to make us dinner I place her into her high chair and play some music "whatcha into queen Billy Elton Elvis" I ask as I look at her "Cardi" I say and see her smile

"Alright than" I say laughing I decide to make some pasta for me and Austin when he arrives I dance around as iris smiles and laughs bouncing a bit in her seat

"Who's the best aunty ever" I say kissing her check giving it a little blow making her laugh hysterically

Causing me to laugh along I hear a ring at the door and look towards it "that must be your handsome uncle" i say picking her up and putting her on my hip again I open the door and see I was correct

His jaw dropped "well hello beautiful" he says "hi-" I try to say till I'm stopped when he grabs iris off my hip and pushes past me kissing her on the cheek and sitting on the couch

"Oh never mind" I say shutting the door and locking it I walk to the kitchen and all I can hear is Austin and iris non stop laughing making my head swarm

"Dinners done" I say "oh my goodness iris did you hear that dinners done shall we go eat" he asks when I place dinner on the table I tune and see Austin flying iris in like she's Superman

He places her in her high chair "isn't she cute" Austin says he says looking at me "she sure is" I say feeding iris her bottle "I was talking to iris" he says making smile as he takes my hand

After we all finish eating I lay iris down for bed and me and Austin cuddle on the couch "I can't wait till we have our own" he say twirling my wedding ring on my finger

I look up at him and give him a kiss on his jaw "one day" I say "what would be a name for a girl" he asks "I want it to be a Greek name" I say

"I love that" he says kissing my head "you know  we might need to come up sooner than we think" I say "oh yeah" he says "yeah I took a test today I wanted to surprise you but I guess right nows a good time to I guess" I say with a smile

"Wait are you serious" he asks "yes" I say laughing a bit he than begins to kiss me like crazy "Austin" I say laughing "I'm the happiest man alive" he says pulling me into a hug

"I love you y/n" he says looking me in the eyes I can see his eyes start to water causing my heart to skip a beat "I love you to Austin" I say
