Wisdom teeth

Austin's pov

Today my girlfriend was getting her wisdom teeth pulled out and as a get well gift her mom asked me to fly out to surprise her I eagerly agreed cause one I think this will be hilarious and two I have really missed her

"Alright we can go inside and grab her now" y/ns mom says I give her a nod as I open my door and we walk up to the dentist building together

"She did awesome she's been calling for you for like twenty minutes now so y'all better head in there" y/ns nurse says with a laugh

We walk into the room and see y/n with blood around her mouth her eyes closed as she's laid back "y/n"her mom calls and y/n instantly opens her eyes and looks at us "OH MY GOD YOU TOOK FOREVER" y/n yells out "y/n shhh" I say

She than looks at me and her eyes get wide "we'll hello there sexy" she says with a smirk making me laugh "hi baby did you miss me" I ask as I walk up to her

"No not really but you look super fucking steamy right now" she says her mom covers her mouth as to not laugh "honey he flew all the way from California to see you" her mom says still laughing

"Ooo does that mean we get to do the love making" y/n asks raising her eyebrows up and down still having the same smirk y/ns mom on the other hand looks like a ghost as her head whips around to me

"Uh y/n we've never done that" I nervously say as I rub the back of my neck

Y/n than gives me a weird looks than looks at her mom "he's a liar we have sex like all the time when your not home" y/n says

I give her a look to which she looks at her mom than back to me and smiles "Opp sorry no we don't I promise" she says giving me a wink but it doesn't matter cause all I feel are  y/ns moms eyes on me

"We'll let's going" y/ns mom says glaring at me to which I nod

Y/n is laughing the whole time as we take her to the car but silence echos  between me and y/ns mom

We get y/n in the car and she begins to cry "what's wrong baby" I ask her "I wanted to sit in the front seat" she sniffs making her mom smile with a shake of her head

"We're going to stop at a store so I can get you stuff than you can sit up front okay" her mom says turning on the car to which y/n nods

Once we are stopped at a store and y/ns mom goes inside  y/n turns to me and proceeds to try and kiss me "oh no baby I can't kiss you" I say and she begins to cry again

"No no baby it's not that I don't want to it's cause it can make your mouth hurt really bad" I say rubbing her hand bringing it up to give it a kiss

She than smiles at me and looks at me for a minute

"What" I ask "we should get married" she says putting her head on my shoulder "oh really" I say raising my eyebrow at her "yup it'll be amazing and beautiful you'll probably cry cause how beautiful I am but I'll make sure I hold myself together for the both of us" she says

"Yeah" I say with a little chuckle "mmmhmm" she says as I notice her drifting off to sleep "I love you Austin" she says taking me by surprise cause that was the first time she's ever said that to me

I know I have a stupid grin on my face but I couldn't be happier

I've said it to her countless times but she's always been so nervous to say it to me and she finally did I kiss the top of her head as I close my eyes

"Say it back" she says making me chuckle "I love you y/n" I say bringing her closer to me she gives me a little hum as she finally drifts off and I shortly after her
