btw I love the plot of this thanks 😻😻 I don't have much to say at the beginning weirdly!
ignore my awful image that I've taken at the top I have not managed to get a lot of text in that pic oh dear

Also I kind of took advantage of this as kind of like- a way to describe how they all got here in the beginning- personally, I see it as a kind of- each of them go to sleep one day and wake up there or near the house and can't do anything about it
they're all from different timelines though because. that makes it less weird. (my sans au hyperfix coming back to bite me in the ass?? oh dear??)

L'manbur sat on the sofa of his new, weird house. All he remembers is going to sleep in his wonderful country of L'manburg and when he woke up he was here, and everyone he loved was nowhere to be found. He hoped they were okay.

He sipped some tea he'd made. L'manbur always made his teas too hot, so it burned his lips.

It was a dark evening, cold and very rainy. L'manbur was glad that he was indoors, all warm and not outside. L'manbur had made plans to explore tomorrow. He had no idea where he was, and he wanted to find out if he could return to L'manburg. That'd be nice.

Suddenly, a knock at his pleasant oak wood door tore him out of his thoughts as he quietly watched tv.

He shot up, straightening his back as he stared at the door. He waited, seeing if the person would go away.

Instead, the knocks grew desperate, banging on the door as if they were trying to break it down.

"Alright, alright, I'm coming. Jeez."

He opened the door and was greeted by a sodden, tall man, wearing a thick brown trenchcoat. He carried a run-down guitar over his shoulder, and he looked pretty sorry for himself. L'manbur noticed how he looked a bit like him. Weird, but he dismissed it easily.

"Is this the Soot house?" he says, looking up at L'manbur meekly. The poor man was drenched in rainwater, and this lead L'manbur to notice how he could clearly see his abs through his light grey, bloodstained shirt. He blushed at that, but tried his best to ignore it.

"I- well- yes, I suppose you could say that it is." L'manbur had already had an odd little ghostly variant of himself approach him when in the corner shop the other day- and that little thing now lived with him. He was staying on a blow-up (like the ones you blow air into to make them able to be slept on) mattress in one of the previously empty rooms. If this guy was another weird version of himself, this might be something that needed looking into.

L'manbur welcomed the man into the house, not very pleased at the dirt and rain he was dragging into his home.
"Erm, do you want me to get your coat...? It looks quite wet is all, aha..." L'Manbur said, but he just nodded as he sat on the sofa, shivering. He passed the large coat to L'Manbur, who hung it up.

"I'll go get you a drink." L'Manbur says as he returns from putting the coat away.
"Coffee, please."
the man said, almost like a demand.

L'manbur nodded and moved away quickly to hide the rising heat in his face. He needs to stop. This guy could literally be himself. Why's he getting all worked up over basically nothing?!

"Erm, we only have tea. I need to go out and get some coffee- are you alright with that for now?"
L'manbur called from the kitchen as he raided his cabinets for any coffee he could make for this guy.
"Oh, well...That's absolutely fine, honey."
L'manbur's face flushed at the name. That was a bit odd, but maybe it was just a nickname he liked to call people. Yeah. The guy couldn't have a crush on L'manbur or want anything like that from him...no, no!
