==========================================================

2 years old

.

My name is Miralei Sully and I have just realized that I actually had four fingers on my left hand while my right had three. I usually accompany my father in hunts, my grandmother in her Tsahik duties, and uncle Norm when it came to learning more about his home planet, Earth.

I can't really accompany my mother as of now because of her being pregnant again.

I heard from Norm that pregnant mothers can easily get stressed and tired out.

I saw my Mom hiss randomly then started an argument with grandmother the other day just because of them bumping each other.

Norm said pregnant mothers can also get cranky a lot.

Honestly, I'm starting to wonder if Dad has some conscience left inside his brain to not care for her mother's well-being.

But who am I to question Dad? At least mother is still happy despite her current condition.

I am now 2 years-old and my brother Neteyam is now a 1-year-old. I am residing inside our hut and teaching him how to pronounce certain Na'vi words.

" Eyvawh."

I shake my head.

" No, Neteyam. It's pronounced as 'Ey - wah'. " She corrects her little brother.

" Now repeat after me. Ey-wah."

" Eyvwaf" I shake my head again as I stared sternly into his emerald eyes.

" Ey - wah " I repeat again.

" Olaf!"

I mentally deadpan and sigh in frustration. What he just said isn't even the word she was trying to teach him.

She then tries again for the 80th time.

" Ey " she stops, then continues " wah"

"Eywa" she says the word itself.

Neteyam became quiet. He was trying his best to say the word mentally. Glancing at his sister, he brightly smiles trying once more.

" Eywa!" He shouts in glee.

" YES!!!" Miralei stretched out her small hands and ran around in joy. Neteyam on the other hand was confused by this but then decided to join his sister's achievement. He runs around the hut, following her.

" YESH!!"

Miralei couldn't be more proud of her brother and herself for being able to endure those agonizing, two hours of wrong pronunciations of their Goddess Eywa.

She then stops and turns around, she grabs her little brother's hand. A grin of satisfaction on her face.

" Good Job, Neteyam." I congratulate him.

"Wefwcome, big sis." He says, happily smiling.

" NETEYAM! MIRALEI! Come down! Papa now here from hunt!" The voice of their mother rang in their ears.

Both siblings' heartbeat rose in excitement.

" Daddy Daddy back, big sis" her little brother says, jumping in joy.
