Alice felt her heart beating out of her chest wildly. Anxiety flowed heavily in her veins. If the events of the past twelve hours didn't almost cause her to go into a full-blown anxiety attack then principal weems calling her to her office to be interrogated by the sheriff was definitely going to set those gears in motion. she could barely sleep last night, to wired from the everything that happened.

She knocked on the door twice. Her hands quivering into small fists, she prayed to the gods that Wednesday would be in the room as well to ease her paranoia somewhat, one could only hope. After she heard a brief 'come in' from her Superior before she creaked one of the doors open slowly, slipping in and shutting it behind her.

This was only the second time she had really been in the room, the first time being her first day at the school. the dim lighting and beautiful medusa engraved fireplace would normally bring her ease if not for the awful subject matter she was called in for. her heart skipped a beat in relief seeing Wednesday standing tall by her principles desk, black nailed fingers clasped together in a professional stance. Alice forgot everything for a moment staring at the beautifully stoic girl.

Wednesday just as entranced, allowed herself this once to take in Alice's soft features and timid nature. Like beautiful prey that needed to be guarded against the world. If only she allowed herself to fall into such relations.

Both girls were interrupted from their thoughts as a rather impatient Sheriff Galpin let out a cough before glaring at both girls, though it turned slightly more malicious as he gazed over at Wednesday.

Weems gave a tight-lipped smile to Alice. "Glad you could join us miss windward please help yourself to a seat." she looked down at the three seats, the third being occupied by a glaring Sherrif. She gulped before situating herself in the farthest seat from the intimidating man. Wednesday who still stood refusing to take a seat, cast her eyes once more toward Alice's trembling figure before looking back to the waiting sheriff Galpin.

"What were you doing out in the woods with him, Ms. Addams? Ms. Windward?" he interrogated, eyes squinting at both girls. Alices' mouth felt dry, no words being able to escape as she was stared down.

"I heard a noise in the forest and went to go investigate. Alice as well. That's when we stumbled upon the attack." Wednesday announced, successfully diverting the attention from a panicking Alice. Galpin stared her down. "Then what happened?"

"Then we ran into Bianca Barclay, and I told her to go for help. The next thing I remember, I was awaking in my dorm. Alice as well."Wednesday stated looking towards the girl.

To Alice's dismay, the sheriff's attention was back on her as he turned in his seat, the leather squeaking in protest. "You don't need to cover for your little buddy Addams, im sure she can confirm her place in these events herself. right windward?" he proposed, looking down condescendingly at the girl. Irritated at both young girls.
