Today Taehyun is going to be dismissed, he got a lot better from the day he came at my house in just a blanket.
He regained strength and his wounds are healing quite fast, his eyes shine again as they used to do.
He started walking last week but he's still weak for going on long distances and he also started therapy sessions to help healing faster and better.
I don't know if he ever will, but I hope he comes back as the extroverted joyful guy he used to be.
We enter Taehyun's room and he's sitting in his bed.
"Hi Sweetheart! How are you today?" I ask him excited.
<<Hi Honey, I'm good, the stabs and the shot still hurt a bit though>> I laugh.
"Well yeah, mine too" And we chuckle together.
"Guys the checks are done, let's go home, I have a few surprises for you" My dad says heading out of the room.
"Okay, here, hold on to me" I say as I open my arm to help him stand up and walk through the hallway.
<<My gentleman is becoming a perfect knight!>> He says and we laugh as he hold on to me and we walk out the room <<Ah thank you for the clothes>> And I smile.
"You were freezing to death, you can keep them" I say as we meet my dad.
<<Where will I live now? I don't have anyone to live with, my sister lives in her university and I can't live there too>> He says worried.
"Don't worry about it, as I said we have a surprise for you two" Says my dad.

15:40 PM

We are on our way to back home when my dad goes far from there.
"Dad have you lost the way? Our house is back there" I say.
"We are not going to our house... but yours" He says and we both look at each other confused.
<<Ours?>> Asks Taehyun pointing at both of us.
"Yes, we take care of the bills so don't worry and we made sure there's enough alarms and videocams everywhere around" He says and we both nod still a bit puzzled.
"Okay, here we are boys!" He says parking in front of this little house, really cute!
Dad gets off and I do the same ready to take Taehyun's hand and walk him in front of our new house.
<<I should start calling you gentlemen, not honey>> He says and I pout.
"No, you call me honey, it's cute and I like it" I say acting cute making him smile and finally showing his little dimple.
"I missed that" I say with a lower tone by myself, but Taehyun heared it.
<<What did you missed?>> He asks.
"You, your smile, your dimple, your cuteness" I start to list.
<<I can't believe you're taller than me now, in only a winter!>> He says and I smile squeezing my eyes.
"Lovebirds! Wanna join your house party?" Asks Yeonjun ruining the moment.
"Coming!" I say.
<<I love them but I hate them sometimes>> We smile and we walk at the front of our house.
"Here's the key with the password, welcome home guys!" Says my mom as she gives me the key with a tag on.
"Thanks mom" I say smiling grateful and showing the key to my boyfriend "Will you have the pleasure to open our humble home?" I ask him and he smiles taking the key and opening the door.
<<Welcome home everybody!>> He says getting inside and I follow him.
<<It's so pretty! Look at this!>> As we enter there's a little entrance that leads to the kitchen with counters on two sides of the wall and a circular table in the middle, then an open arch leads to the living room with a couch and a couple of armchairs, a coffee table a few pieces of furniture and the TV with already a PS5 connected.
"What's that?!" I ask pointing at the console.
"Soobin won a PS5 in a lottery when we already have one so we gave it to you guys" Explains Yeonjun.
"Oh thank you!" I say
"No problem Hueningie!" Says Soobin.
"I think we'll spend a lot of time here!" Says Beomgyu.
"I figured that out so there's two rooms here and the couch can turn in to a bed" Says my dad.
<<That's genius! Hyuka we can take the bedroom up stairs!>> Says Taehyun.
"Wait we have an upstairs?" I ask shocked.
<<Apparently, I go up, I'm getting tired, see you later guys!>> Says Taehyun greeting them and heading to our room.
"Wait let me take you there" I say as follow him upstairs.
We have a big bedroom with a walk-in closet and a wardrobe, a TV set on the wall in front of the bed and a large private bathroom, the room also has terrace that faces a small park.
"This house is beautiful" I say as I look around.
<<Yeah... And it's ours>> Says Taehyun as he adjusts himself on our bed.
"I go down checking our hyungs, see you later Sweetheart" I say getting close to him and posing a hand on his waist.
<<Okay Honey, don't take too long>> He says and we kiss before I go downstairs.

22:00 PM

Taehyun came down for the evening after taking time to rest, he's starting to eat more compared to before, I'm happy he's recovering so fast, he's gonna be fine soon I hope.
Everyone is gone now and I just finished washing the dishes, so I can finally go to Taehyun.
I see him looking at his phone with his pajama on.
"How can you be so beautiful even with just a pajama on?" I ask him standing against the door, surprising him.
<<What are you talking about?! Look at me! I'm just skin and bones! I'm not even half as pretty as I was before! And my face! Like it's a whole bruise! I look like a monster like this! How can you still like me?>> He says on the edge of cry.
"Hey hey! You're not a monster and you don't even look like one, you are the most beautiful thing I've seen in my entire life, those bruises will heal and you'll gain weight while recovering, trust me, you look amazing in every way" I say sitting beside him wiping away his tears.
He nods and I kiss him on his forehead.
"I go wash myself, okay?" He looks at me like a scared kid "What's up?"
<<I don't like been in this empty room, with no one... I don't want to stay alone>> He says and I smile softly.
"I'll be right back I promise, I'll keep the door open" I say as I kiss him and get inside the bathroom.

When I'm done he's under the sheets bitting his nails as he waits for me.
"See! I'm here, no one's gonna hurt you now, okay? We are safe here" I say as I sneak beside him.
<<Are you sure? What if they're tracking us? Are you sure it's all safe?>> He asks worried, I wander how much they hurt him to be so scared and anxious about being alone.
"Yes darling, we are safe, trust me we have the police station right behind us, don't worry" I say as I slip deeper in the dark of the blankets.
He does the same and comes closer to me, I hug him placing my hands on his skin feeling his ribs and scars under my touch.
<<Please don't, it's makes me puke, it's terrifying seeing myself in the mirror>> He says and I move my hand on his pajama and I hold him tighter letting his hand sneak under my undershirt.
"Okay Sweetheart, but remember I love every single little part of you, in every way, shape and form, always and forever" I say and he kisses my chest, I feel his hand delicately touching the stitches on my side and I look at him in the eyes, getting lost once again.
<<We are the survivors of this cruel world, we have to stay together and I'm happy to always be stuck with you>> I smile and we kiss.
"Good night Sweetheart"
<<Good night Honey>> I can't believe we are actually living together as couple.
"Is this what it feels like to be married?" I ask not expecting any answer back.
<<We should present ourselves as husbands with our friends>> He says and we both giggle finally falling asleep after a long day.

It was fun playing the married couple role, we were so in love and so perfect together.
I can't believe it's all gone, that he's gone.
I can't believe this house is empty and I can't hear his giggle anymore.
I would sell my soul to the devil only to bring him back... I miss him too much.
Will you wait me?
