Somebody's Gonna Get Hurt - KageHina X Male Reader (Part 2)

-The Next Morning-

I woke up in Shoyo's arms. I rolled over and he was asleep, with a grip on me. I forgot what had happened the night previously other than him and Kageyama had an argument and Shoyo wanted me to keep him company throughout the night.

"Good morning Y/N." He pulled me closer to him and pecked my cheek, giving me his warm smile.

"Morning Shoyo... why did you just.-" I was too tired to evaluate the fact Shoyo just kissed me on the cheek.

"Did you forget silly?" He chuckled. "We're secretly dating aren't we?" I remember.
"Ah yea... sorry Shoyo I only just woke up." I giggled. He gave me a huge hug.

"It's ok!"

"So... what are we gonna do with Kageyama then Hinata... are you breaking up with him, settling on a break...?" I asked.

"I'm gonna ask if we can take a temporary break. Even though he's a meanie I still like him despite he's pushing me away. I just need to rethink our relationship you know? Judging by his reaction maybe I might break things of finally, but whatever I'm sticking with you throughout Y/N." I smiled him.

I opened the door to the dining area and whispered "you can do this." I followed him in and grabbed my food and sat at the Nekoma table. They were very welcoming.

"Shoyo." I heard Kageyama's voice. I turned my head out from the conversation I was having with Yaku to focus on how Hinata would handle this.

"Kageyama we need to talk." He sat down and Kageyama placed his food tray opposite and sat down to talk.

"I know why we should talk Shoyo..."

"We need a break." Kageyama gasped. Shoyo just went straight to the point.

"What?? No, Hinata please I'm sorry..." Everyone else in the room was turning their heads to watch. I had a bad feeling.

"Y/N, can I speak with you outside for a moment." It was Kenma. Kenma escorted me outside the food court as Kageyama's voice was raised in panic and Hinata attempted to remain calm.

Kenma shut the door behind us as we exited the dining area.

"Are you in love with Hinata?" He asked. I didn't know how to answer this one. I couldn't risk my exposure to anyone. Even if Kenma and Hinata exchanged secrets.

"No, me and him are only friends plus he's dating Kageyama so..."

"So you mean yes?" I felt a small jump scare with Kenma's response. He knows. Shit.

"Y/N I would like the truthful answer."

"Ok fine but if you tell anyone-"

"Thank you. Please do not make any stupid decisions. I can see Hinata's relationship going downhill and you do too. Don't jump to him to first. If you take advantage of his breakup I'll make sure to give Hinata back his happiness by taking away yours." I gulped. Kenma seemed harmless but I wouldn't dare try anything.

"I would never take advantage of Shoyo that would be selfish... and I don't know what you're implying but I would never hurt Shoyo."

"Good." Kenma responded. Hinata stormed by us running up the staircase with streams of tears rolling down his face.

"I'm gonna go check him." I said until Kageyama poked his head around the door into the direction Shoyo left.

"Great what have you done to the poor boy now?" I glared at him folding my arms.

"God he's too sensitive it's not my fault-"

"In fact, shove it Kageyama. It is your fault he's crying upstairs right as we speak. You've done nothing but resort to name calling and degrading Hinata with your choice of words and I refuse to tolerate it any longer. You're a bully. Stay away from Hinata for good." I stormed away from Kageyama and went to find Hinata up in room 36, crying in my futon. I closed the door behind me and gave him a tight hug.

"How did it go?" I whispered as I wiped the tears from his face with my thumb. I waited for Hinata to calm down in my arms before he decided to speak.

"I suggested a break and then... he didn't want to cut ties and... *sniff* I told him why we aren't compatible at the moment and then he refused to discontinue our relationship for temporary time... then I told him we're over and we got into another argument..." I held Hinata tighter.

"I went off on Kageyama before he chased you up the stairs and I told him everything that's wrong with him and that he's a bully and I told him to stay away from you. So yeah..." Shoyo lifted himself up and gave me a tight hug before kissing my cheek.

"So... it's finally our time." He said to me. I smiled back, despite knowing someone would get hurt. I don't know why it just felt wrong yet I didn't want to push away what I have now. Whoever was going to get hurt, I would never let it be Hinata, meaning I would have to take the bullet when the time comes.
