Somebody's Gonna get Hurt - KageHina X Male Reader (Part 4)

-The Next Day-

I decided to skip volleyball practice to avoid Shoyo and Y/N. I took myself to the vending machine for milk on the roof and watched the gym below. After around 5 minutes I saw Suga exit the gym. They must have realized my absence. I sat back down on the bench. I lost track of time here and Sugawara had approached me.
"Kageyama is everything ok?"

-Y/N POV, Time Skip-

Hinata tugged my hand to signal we should leave whilst everyone was grouped together. We both grabbed our duffle bags before Suga stopped us.

"Y/N, Hinata, can you go put these back in the changing rooms?" He passed us a box of volleyballs and walked towards the room. We put the boxes in the back and the door locked behind us.

"Well..." I started. Shoyo kissed my lips and giggled. "Did you lock the door Shoyo?"

"Well no actually-"

"Shoyo we need to talk. Suga arranged us to be in here until we produce a negotiation." We both turned to the front door to see a Kageyama holding back tears.

"We don't wanna talk Kageyama you only have yourself to blame. Maybe if you treated Shoyo better then you wouldn't be feeling this way would you." He didn't respond and leaned back against the door of the changing room. Shoyo sat down on the bench and sighed as I glared at Kageyama crossing my arms.

"We aren't leaving until we talk are we..." Kageyama nodded in response.

"So how are we doing this?" I asked.

"How about we start by me asking you... how long have you and Shoyo been dating?" I pretended to not be shocked and denied our relationship.

"Please... don't lie... I saw you two last night in his room." Oh god.

"Ok fine we started seeing each other the night of your argument. I've been in love with Shoyo longer than you have and I'm so sick of your hurtful words. You don't deserve him. I'm not saying that out of jealousy I'm saying this because I hate seeing Hinata get hurt."

"I wish we could have discussed this more Shoyo... I wish I wasn't so ignorant to your feelings and I'm sorry. I'll respect your boundaries from now on. If you're happier with Y/N I won't ruin that for you anymore-"

"No let's talk." Shoyo piped in. After Hinata accepted Kageyama's request to get his feelings in the open, I stopped listening. I felt selfish for only thinking of myself in the moment as the circle of attention faded from me.

"Anyways me and Y/N are going home... we'll talk tomorrow." I spaced in when I heard my name and the sound of a lock turning followed. Kageyama left to the gym and me and Hinata left the school site.

-Time skip-

I lied in Shoyo's arms and and couldn't stop thinking of their conversation. I had only just earned Shoyo and I didn't want him to leave me after a very short period of dating.

"Hey is something on your mind Y/N?" I buried my face on his torso as he stroked my hair.

"You're not going to leave me right?" I said trying to swallow the lump in my throat. Shoyo tightened his grip on me as I asked.

"What makes you think that?" He put his face in my hair.

"You're not gonna run back to Kageyama?" There was a small length of silence following my question.

"I don't... No Y/N I'm staying with you... I don't think I want to see Kageyama again even if he has changed... I wanna stay with you. I don't want things to change." I wanted to cry as Shoyo tightened his grip on me. I didn't want him to leave. I only just gained him. I was finally happy. I didn't want to lose that either. We were both scared of change.

-The Next Day-

I watched from another table as Kageyama and Hinata were sat across from each other having a casual conversation. I was waiting for them to finish so I could hang around with Hinata more. I felt a fear from Hinata's expression, he was listening to Kageyama, he was negotiating. The fear of it all was the fact I had no idea what they were saying. Eventually they both got up and hugged. I bit my tongue in annoyance as they both gave warm smiles. Kageyama left the food hall as Hinata came over to me.

"Hey Y/N... we have something to talk about."

"You're leaving me aren't you... you said you was gonna stay with me, you-" Hinata

 hushed me.

"Hey I'm not going to leave you... can you let me tell you?" God I'm such an idiot.

"Well... me and Kageyama kinda wanna get back but I don't want to leave you... so I discussed this with him and I made him agree to sharing me with you."

"So this is a poly thing now?" I asked. He nodded his head.

"Well I don't know how I'm gonna share with Kageyama but I will try!" 

From this day forward me and Kageyama finally learnt to get along. As I was also apart of the relationship I kept Kageyama in line and prevented his resort to name calling.
