Kabir felt the nuzzle of the pistol on his head. The smile on Ridhima's face on seeing Vansh able to catch him broke him. Love had indeed bought his demise. Vansh looked at the criminal before his eyes, Ridhima was right- they knew him. He was always there in her concerts. Nobody could have guessed that the brain behind the murders belonged to a man with such an innocent face. Looks were indeed deceptive.

Kabir started laughing a maniac. A laugh that was enough to send down chills down Ridhima. The frightened look in her eyes scared Vansh more.

"Angre take Ridhima inside", he commanded after signalling all the other men to guard Kabir. Kabir looked around and as expected, he was surrounded by police men all around.

"You could not have caught me if you did not have Ridhima", Kabir smirked.

"You called for your death the moment you set your eyes on my girl", Vansh grabbed him by his neck, facing him as he choked Kabir. The fire in his eyes expressed his anger.

"I know her more than you. She will soon be mine", Kabir smiled wickedly, struggling to breath.

"You will never see her again", Vansh said, suddenly smiling back. And the next moment, he had injected Kabir with a sedative, rendering him unconscious.

"Angre take him to the headquarters. Increase the security", he commanded while putting on the handcuffs on Kabir.

"Vansh I did it", Ridhima almost screamed out of happiness as soon as she saw Vansh entering the room.

"Yes. You did it. Did you see how capable you are?", he hugged her. Seeing her infront of her eyes after so many days, her being safe, them being together after all these finally relaxed him. What they felt was nothing less than the joy of a soldier returning safe from a war.

"I felt like Jhansi ki Rani and Sherlok Homes at the same time", her smile reached her eyes as she cosied herself in his arms.

"So tell me what gift you wanted", he asked as he placed her on the sofa.

"Well actually I was thinking if our marriage is on the sea beach", she demanded like a child and pulled him beside her.

"Fine. Lets get married after 2 days", he replied, shocking her instead.
