Camera's flashed in his face as leering words were hurled his way. Killer's trudges were heavy, his hands shackled in front of him as he was flanked by several deputies. His lips tugged into a smirk, his eyes reflecting the wariness of being closed up for so long. Blond hair waved up and down with every step he took towards the room with that one chair. A heavy hand pushed him forth, the power behind Kid's hand making the blond stumble slightly. A low rumble from Smoker was a quick reaction to Kid's manhandling, the smoking deputy grumbling at the younger man to keep his hands to himself before he'd lose them. Kid smirked in response, laughing in mock as he stalked Killer. Smoker glared at them, a small flicker of uncertainty regarding the younger deputy coming alive within his chest.

Reporters threw some questions their way, mics thrust forward for someone to just say something, anything at all for a sensational play to broadcast. They would hang on every word coming from anyone's lips, twisting it into a story to send out in the world either in written words or live on the news if the possibility presented itself. The gates kept them at a distance, however, so they wouldn't receive many statements, only of those around themselves. Killer chuckled, his laughter growing as he walked on, his head tipped back as his lips parted further. His teeth glinted with another round of flashes, reporters mentioning the manic man and his hideous crimes. Smoker ordered people to stop them from making this ordeal into something more than it should've been, the man already hearing the yelling from his boss in the back of his mind. Jailors and officers blocked the people gathered around, the metal gates only keeping them at bay a little bit.

Smoker grumbled even more as he pushed the group forth, the smoke whirling up towards the ceiling as his teeth dug into the burning cigar, his lips thinned in smouldering anger. Kid grinned in response, a growing glee bubbling in his chest at what is going to come. Turning a corner, the small group reached the door towards the room with the electric chair, a black haired man leaning against the wall next to the door, his finger tapping his bicep as he waited. An air of annoyance and impatience coming from the man in waves, his long, black coat shrouding the man from prying eyes as a black dotted cap shadowed his grey eyes. Smoker walked slightly faster, coming to a stop in front of the surgeon of death with a glare.

"What are you doing here?"

Law looked up at the man with a smirk. "Only doing my duty, deputy-ya. I was tasked to be of help to this mess." If he was allowed, Smoker would slap the man in front of him or push him against the wall while sprouting threatening words. The deputy glared at the man in front of him, his lips tugging into a sneer as he didn't trust this man at all, nor the people he had brought with him, a syringe on a trey and the bottle with fluid next to it. Law put his hands in his pockets, looking nonchalant at the group in front of him, his eye catching both Kid and Killer, a smirk appearing on his face. "Afterall, it would have been faster for you to have put a bullet between his eyes when you entered his hideout, no?" Smoker bristled at that, smoke whirling from his lips and nose at the same time as he moved his lips to retort only to be cut off before the words even left his lips.

The group entered the room, officers guiding Killer on the chair as Kid strapped him in, the leather belts tearing into dry skin. Law watched silently until Killer was completely restrained, the belts squeaking softly as Killer flexed his arms, muscles bulging underneath his shirt. Law nodded in thought, reaching for the cables attached to the electrodes before placing them on his bare legs and attaching them to Killer's head. Smoker grunted, his eyes squinting at the way this was executed. "Shouldn't he be shaved bald and the electrodes soaked in saltwater?"

Law raised his head in acknowledgement, but didn't take his eyes off of his work. "That was thought to be too barbaric, so it has been changed. He will be a guinea pig to test this option as well. It worked on animals, so it should give the same results for humans, Smoker-ya."
