I'm pretty new on Wattpad, and I don't want any trouble with copy write or anything, so I am protecting my work with the CC BY-NC-ND copy write. So please just make everything easier and don't steal my work!.....please :)

I'm attaching links I found the pictures on to my chapters because I'm worried something bad will happen with copy writes and stuff, so yeah. Also attached for if you have a problem loading them, you can go on internet.

Chapter 1

I looked out the open window, my hair whipping behind me, the warm air of Florida warming my cool skin. I took deep breaths and felt the last of my tears dry. If you've ever been on a plane, you know the feeling. The feeling everybody is sure to have at one point on an airplane. That horrible moment when you think, "Will I make it?" and your immediate thought after that is, "Would anybody miss me?"  Yes, that was what I was thinking  an hour ago. I was on a plane for the first time.....in my life. I was petrified, to say the least, as we were landing.

Stan cleared his throat from the driver's seat and looked at me through the rear-view mirror. "You alright Brii?" he asked softly. My mom turned in her seat, and Ricky let out a soft snore next to me.

"Yeah, I'm fine guys." I replied in a whisper. I faked a smile. I felt terrible. Not because I was miserable, because I was beyond excited to be in Florida for the first time, but because we had been on the ground of Florida less than an hour and I was already ruining everything for everybody by having an anxiety attack.

My mom, seemingly reading my thoughts, smiled at me reassuringly. "It's late hun, try to close your eyes for a couple minutes." I looked at the car clock, 12:08 pm.

I nodded to my mom, sitting back in my seat. I watched the dark shadows of palm trees as we drove past them. In the distance I could see the lights of a small city. After a couple miles of tree shapes and lights, I closed my eyes and apparently I fell asleep.

Next thing I knew, I felt the car come to a stop. I cracked my eyes open and groaned loudly. Stan laughed at me, "Morning Sleeping Beauty."

I smiled and rolled my eyes, opening my door and setting my flip-flopped feet onto the warm concrete the parking lot. I felt odd wearing flip-flops in February, but this was Florida man! We all got out of the car and gathered at the trunk, waiting for my mom to pop the trunk with the key chain.

I rolled my eyes as Mom and Stan struggled to figure out the key doohikey. Ricky stumbled over to me sleepily, his eyes half closed, and tripped on me. "Piggy-back?" I asked, already knowing.

He, instead of nodding, lifted his arms. I chuckled. He was cute when he was half-asleep, but when totally awake, he was a seven year old little demon. My attention was brought back to my Mom and Stan, who had eventually figured out the trunk gadget and were now engaged in each others mouths.

I groaned and rolled my eyes, "Any day now folks!" They broke apart and both gave me murderous glares. Touché.

I walked between them, ignoring their glares, and grabbed both mine and Ricky's bags. I groaned the weight; it was ridiculous, I think Ricky packed his whole closet. His suitcase was heavier than mine....And I'm a teen age GIRL!  I set them down and waited for Mom and Stan to get their bags.

 Impatiently I might add.

I was anxious to get into my bed. I tapped my foot, and Stan, reading my sign, picked up his pace considerably. I smiled gratefully as my seven-year-old brothers weight started to tire me.

We took the elevator to the top floor and walked to our room. This is the great thing about Stan, he doesn't have his own children, and he hasn't been in a relationship for twenty years -before he met my mom two years ago, that is.

So.....that means he has money. Lots of it. So he was able to afford three luxury suites at the top floor of an expensive hotel. Not that I am complaining, but it will be nice to have my own hotel room. We got off the elevator and a hotel worker took our bags in a little dolly thing. The door opened to Ricky's room and I nearly dropped Ricky. No seriously. I almost did, from both shock and from his weight. I bee lined for the couch and dropped him onto it. The couch formed around him and swallowed him up.

Well holy crap, a memory foam couch!! He mumbled at me hatefully and swatted me away for ruining his little nap time on my back. I wiped the drool off from my neck.....eww. Mom and Stan chuckled, and motioned me to follow them. Mom and Stan's room was right next to Ricky's, but I got the one across the hallway, because I'm older. We walked across the hallway and into another room, my jaw dropped to the floor. My mom mirrored my expression, and Stan simply grinned.

We've been to some REALLY nice hotels before, but this beat them all. The floor was a light hardwood, matched with a king-size bed with tan and light pink sheets. The room itself was painted a light yellow, with one wall painted a light blue. An entire wall was dedicated to a 8 by 10 window, with long airy white drapes blowing in the cool ocean night breeze.

"Holly SHIZ!" I squealed. Yes, I know, squealing. Very cliché.

"Shhhh!" I was hushed by both Mom and Stan, and Mom gestured to the hallway and the open room containing a sleeping Ricky. I rolled my eyes. But they smiled and nodded, Stan rolling his eyes, acknowledging my excitement the room.

"Yesss!" I whispered. I ran to the bed and dove into it. The hotel worker brought my bag into the room, Stan coming in behind him. The worker left and Stan set my room keys on the night stand, then closed and locked my door behind him. I smiled and snuggled under the covers, whipping off my clothes to sleep in my undies and sports bra.....oh well. I wasn't sleeping with anybody, so I was able to do that. I grabbed my phone out of my shorts pockets, to see an unread text from Clara. And responded.....duh.

Clara:to Brii_9:56pm:

how was ur first plane ride?? amazing as told u it would b??

Brii:to Clara:_12:28pm:

Oh my god! I was terrified! But I am in Florida! Okay, I know its like 12:30, so don't kill me when  I get back, but it wanted to let you know I had a safe flight. luv ya!

I knew she was already asleep, being the person she is, so I shut my ringer off and snuggled deeper into the covers.
