Carl, Glenn, Maggie, Judith and I all kept walking, we wanted to make it as far as possible before night. At around midday we stopped at a river to fill up the water bottles and have a break. "So what are we doing now Glenn?" I ask sitting down next to Carl. "I don't know yet, I guess we just keep walking until we find somewhere to bunker down for the next few days before getting a move on again. It's really the only option we have" Glenn replies. "Hopefully we find the others soon" Carl whispers under his breath. "Their gonna be ok Carl, they've been doing this for ages" I reply.

After we fill up all the bottles we pack up our things and start walking again. Carl, Maggie and I take turns looking after Judith. As night starts to hit we settle on the first house we find. Carl and Glenn go and find things to board up the windows, while Maggie and I stay back and look after Judith and see what food we can find.

We find a couple cans of food here and there but not alot. Glenn and Carl come back with boards to board up the windows. By the time night hits all the downstairs windows are boarded and the lounge was pushed in front of the front door. I give everyone a can each, then sit down next to Carl and feed Judith. After we eat I make up a little bed for Judith and put her to sleep. I lay down next to her with my arm over her to protect her. I slowly drift off to sleep but before I fall asleep the last thing I remember telling myself was that I will protect Judith and Carl with everything I have left in myself.

The next morning Maggie wakes me up to go help her look for food. I put my shoes on and grab my knife, she hands me a gun as backup and we leave. We come across a few shops and take as much as we can from them. We find canned foods, cartons of water and a couple tubs of chocolate pudding which we also grab. We decide to visit one last store before heading back to the house.

We enter the store and walk around searching to see if there's any walkers roaming around. There was around 2 but we killed them, we grabbed some medications, some more cans and a couple bottles of water. "So how's things going between you and Carl?" Maggie asks. "Eh their ok I guess, we're just taking it day by day." I answer. I wonder what Carl's doing right now? Probably mucking around with Judith. We grab the last of the things and decide to head back, but as we're walking back we come across around 20 walkers.

We try to take out as many as we can but as we kill them more just keep on coming. "We gotta make a run for it" Maggie says to me. I try to run but the bag is too heavy. "The bags too heavy" I yell back. "Julia you gotta leave the chocolate pudding" Maggie yells. I pull the pudding out of my bag and put it on the ground. "Goodbye chocolate pudding" I say one last goodbye to it before catching back up to Maggie.

We get back to the house go through the front door, we shut it and push the lounge back in front of it. We walk into the kitchen and pull everything out of our bags, when Maggie pulls a tub of chocolate pudding out of her bag. "Chocolate pudding" I say grabbing it and cradling it in my arms like it's a actual baby. "Ghees Jules its just pudding" Maggie says with a laugh. "Not just any chocolate pudding, the best chocolate pudding" I reply still cradling it. I put the pudding down and Maggie and I both start laughing.

We show Glenn and Carl what supplies we got and Carl reacted the same way as me when he saw the chocolate pudding. "It's not just any chocolate pudding man, its the best one out there" Carl says to Glenn and Maggie. We all start laughing when Judith starts crying, I go into the other room to get her and as soon as she sees me she stops crying. "Well hello gorgeous" I say picking her up. "Ghees you must have the magic touch or something" Glenn says. Sitting down next to Maggie. "She hadn't stopped crying since you left." Carl replies as I sit next to him. "Yea it's cause I'm here favourite, isn't that right Judith" I answer looking down at Judith. Carl puts his arm around me and I rest my head on his should, I've noticed that whenever I'm with Carl I feel safe but when I'm not with him I don't feel safe. That night everyone went to sleep in a good mood, even Judith.
