"we're so glad you're here!" will beamed happily as el, or jane waved at mike, who smiled back.
it's been a year since they both separated ways and broke up, and el hasn't moved on from him.
in fact, she still really likes him.
her smile dropped a little when she saw a brunette tagging along him, holding his hand while holding flowers in her other hand.
"hi!! you must be will and el! i'm so glad to finally meet you!" she smiled happily as she handed el a handful of violet flowers she picked. she waved at will, who doesn't seem too surprised about her.
"hey, y/n! heard so much about you too!" will said as he shook hands with the girl, mike smiling at her.
el didn't move.
"hi." el simply said, looking down at the flowers.
"i hope you like them...i just bought them after we landed" she smiled at el, who sniffed the flowers, eyes lightening up with the aromatic fragrance.
"it's lovely.." she smiled a little.
"well, jane, weren't you gonna show mike and y/n around?" will said, el raising her eyebrows, checking the watch mike gave her.
"oh right..it's getting a little late, let's go!" el fake smiled and clung onto her brother's arm, looking at him with a hurt and confused expression.

they arrived at el's 'favorite' place, rink - o - mania.
before they entered, will pulled el aside for a little talk.
"hey, are you alright..?" he asked her.
"...yes i am alright" she answered, looking towards the direction of mike who was fixing his hair, as the brunette girl, y/n, said something that made both mike and y/n laugh.
"you still feel something for him.. don't you?" will looked at the two laughing, el nodding slowly.
