" damn it!" the poor freckled boy fell off the ladder clumsily, failing to reach the end of the game.

" finn are you okay?!" y/n worriedly approached her boyfriend who dusted himself.

"yeah i'm fine.." finn replied with a hint of annoyance while looking at the giant prize.

"finn it's fine if you didn't get the prize, there's a lot more games there." y/n consoled finn.

" but i wanted to give that to you" finn pointed to the prize and looked at y/n with his hazel-brown puppy eyes.

" finn, i said it's fine. we went here to have fun, enjoy it!" y/n smiled at finn and grabbed his hand. she dragged him to the haunted house nearby.

" y/n, seriously?!" finn looked at her.

"yeah, seriously!" y/n grinned at finn playfully.

finn mentally face palmed himself. he knew that y/n was scared of haunted houses like these.

"are you seriously sure you want to enter?" finn asked y/n one more time.

"yeah right! come on scaredy cat! what's the worse that could happen?" y/n boldly said, making finn smirk.

"oh really?"

"HOLY SHIT" y/n screamed, clinging onto finn who burst out laughing.
"what now, brave girl?" finn playfully said at
y/n who punched a haunted doll in surprise.
"shut up" y/n rolled her eyes in defeat.
finn chuckled playfully as they exited the horror house.
"awww poor baby" finn teased y/n and tackled her into a hug.
y/n who seems to have recovered from the terrifying experience earlier, hugged back.
"no matter how scaredy cat you are, i will always love you" finn said, prolonging the word always.
"hmph fine, i love you too clumsy finn" y/n chuckled softly.

the two lovebirds spent the day happily in the carnival.
