bam bam bam

everyone froze.

finn grabbed a baseball bat as he was about to open the door but caleb stopped him.

" don't open the door finn! we need to stay hidden" caleb argued.

" what if it's a survivor,huh?" finn said.

" survivor my ass. that thing out there is deadly. we don't wanna die. so please, don't open the door." caleb pleaded seriously.

finn sighed.

he was about to walk away when someone pounded on the door.

"p-please help me! i'm not infected or anything! please open the door!" the voice pleaded.

finn immediately grabbed the bat and opened the door, only to reveal a girl crying.

" get in. HURRY." finn said as he dragged the girl inside and locked the door shut.

the girl sobbed as she knelt down on her knees and cried.

"thank you thank you so much for saving me" the girl sniffed.

" finn check her if she has any bite marks or if she's infected." noah said

finn walked towards the girl.

" what's your name?" he asked.

"y-y/n" the girl said.

finn held her wrist but she yanked it away.

" no it's okay, trust me, i won't hurt you. we just need to check if you have been bitten." finn said softly.

y/n looked at finn and nodded.

finn removed her jacket and checked if she had any bite marks.

gladly,there were none.

she's beautiful , finn thought.

"guys. come take a look at the news."  sadie said.

"and who are you?" millie added as she dashed behind sadie.

" i-i'm y/n." y/n said.

" hey, don't be afraid, now come. it's an emergency." sadie said and they went to the living room.

" good morning to the people watching this. there are multiple reports about an infection spreading towards the country. the infected were reported having cannibalistic behavior towards people. the government has declared lockdown on multiple areas which has been heavily hit by the infection. they advise that we should stay indoors, block all possible entrances and windows, and have enough food for a month." the reporter said and gasped in horror.
