15. Alice

Y/n's pov:

"Hello? " says Alice "Alice, can you please pick me up? " "ehh, sure. Where are you? " I have her the coordinations, and walked you to the road, now I had to wait. Was it clever leaving Sam? What if he can't get home? I wondered, looking at the empty road.

Looking blind in front of me, I feel someone takes my hand, I turn around in shock to see Sam. He pulls me closer to him, and kisses me.

A little surprised, I closed my eyes, kissing back. After a little time he breaks the kiss, and look's me straight in the eyes "Y/n...please come back. I love you Y/n, I want to spend the rest of my life with you!"

He searchs an answer in my face, but I just looked at him, "I love you too, but I'm not ready to move back. But tell me how are the others? " Sam sigh, but accepts my decision "well... Colby haven't gotten out of his room, since the party" he said, looking at my face to see my expression.

I tried not to look down, he clearly noticed and gave an apology look. He then continued " Jake misses making videos, and having fun with you. Devyn misses you a lot, she have been making a little book about the things she want to do with you, as well with Jake"

"Corey misses having you around... And Elton... Just misses seeing me and Colby acting like idiots around you" he says slowly "well me and Elton have never really been close, I don't blame him" I say looking into Sam's eyes.

"Well... Me and Colby have been waiting to go to an old insane Asylum, if you want to join in" he looks down "yeah... Then me and Colby can... Get our friendship up again, and it's long time ago I've been exploring" I say smiling.

I hear a car in the distance "Alice is coming. Is your car near? " I ask Sam "yeah, it's not long away. About the Asylum, if you come in three days, we will be able to plan some things before we go, and I'm sure Jake will be joining too"

Sam says smiling "don't worry I'm coming, I'll tell Alice, see you soon Sam" I kiss him goodbye and stand close to the road. I see Alice's car, and she slowed down.

"What are you doing out here?! " she says worried as I get in, and she starts driving away "I was walking as you told to, while waiting for your reply" I look at her, and she looks like she wanted to say something but didn't interrupt me.

"I was falling over this place after walking for who knows how long. But I decides to take a rest there. And then I see Sam, I find out Sam found the place for a year ago"

"We had a good chat, and i will see him again in three days. He asked if I wanted to join an explore video at an abandoned Asylum" I say, and look at Alice

"That sounds great! Then we have to get as much fun together as possible before you go and meet Sam again. Oh and... I'm sorry I didn't call back, it took me hours to get contact with my dad, and when I wanted to call you I couldn't"

She paused for a second " the call wouldn't come through to you, it was surely because you was in the forest, but how did you then call me? " she asked, I shrugged "I don't know, and I understand, that it was hard to contact your dad. I mean he's a police officer"

I say looking out on the dark road in front us. "So... My dad said, the reason why your dad isn't in jail anymore is because, there is not enough proof of what he did. Believe me my dad didn't agree by letting him go, "

Alice tightened her grip about the steering wheel "But let's talk about some more happy things now. I have some big plans for tomorrow! " Alice said exited.

"We can go on cafe and bake some cakes at home! Or watch a movie! God knows what else we can do! " she said with a big smile on her lips, it made me laugh. And for the rest if the ride I listened to Alice.

And the calm sound of the car, I might have fallen asleep, because I then saw we where home at Alice's, "wake up sweetie" said Alice, pushing me gently. I got out the car tired and walked after Alice into the house.

She opened the door, and I walked a few steps and fell down on the couch, half asleep, trying to get my shoes off. "Oh dear, " says Alice "let me help you get you clothes of"

Alice gently took of my shoes and helped me in my pyjamas, and leaded me into the bedroom. She layed me in the bed and stroke some hair away from my face "sleep now, you look like a dead elephant" I laugh a little.

"Thank you Alice. You are a true friend, and I am forever grateful, I don't know what I should do without you. Thank you Alice" I say with my eyes half closed.

"You're welcome Y/n, I love you too" her words sounded far away, and then it all got black. I was asleep. In a deep, deep sleep, I heard a very faint voice singing a lullaby. My favorite one. I felt a smile on my lips.

And then it all got silence, a few photos of the day came, and when I saw Sam. When  he kissed me. His eyes shining in the moonlight, his peaceful body looking into the dark forest.

He was a lovely guy...
