17. Yet again

Y/N's pov:

This time I woke up before Alice, I went to the kitchen and began making breakfast. Getting Alice's home made bread and some egg, and orange juice on the table.

I then went in Alice's room to see if she was awake, she wasn't so I decided to let a sleep a little longer. I looked at my phone and saw Sam had texted me for a few minutes ago.

S: how was the night out?
Y: it was so fun! Haven't had so much fun in ages, with Alice.
S: that's great to hear! Can't wait to see you again
Y: me neither, I'm excited to go out exploring places again
S: I won't ruin your last day with Alice, see you soon Y/n
Y: see you soon Sam.

I closed my phone, and walked into Alice's room "wake up sleepy head" I say, and shaked Alice's should, she gave a little grunt, and took my hand off her should. I sighed "Alice wake up! " I say louder, but she didn't notice it.

I found my phone and found a high sound on, after a minute, she finally woke up, "that was about time" I say, crossing my arms, she look at me with a tired look.

"Oh shut up Y/n" she says yawning, and slowly got up. She sat at the table, eating her home made bread. "Slept well? " I ask Alice "like a dream" she says and takes a big bite of her bread.

"How about you? " she asks me "it was good" I reply.

"Y/n, is the camera set up? " asked Alice "yes Ma'am! Everything is ready for the video" I reply to Alice. We had chosen to make a video on my channel since it was long ago I've posted something.

"What's up guys! And welcome to another video, I am sorry for not having posted so much, but I am back with a new video. And this time it's different, I am going to cook a cake! "

I find the ingredients, and places them on the table "And Alice, can you tell what cake we are making? " I ask, looking at her.

"Yes, we are going to make Devil's food cake. " "we still have a bit demonic here" I giggle.

"And both me and Alice, love chocolate, so this was a perfect choice. Anyway we have the; Sugar, flour, coca powder,  milk, coffee, butter, eggs, oil, salt, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar, sour cream and chocolate buttercream frosting" I sigh, of all the ingredients.

"The first thing we need to do, is to butter the pan. We have to make sure the butter, is on room temperature" as I talked, Alice took the butter on the pan, and did as I said.

When the cake was nearly done, Alice accidentally pushed to the plate where the cake stood on, so it feel down on the table. I have her the dead stare -for fun of course-

"ALICE! WHAT DID YOU DO!? " I cry-laugh. The cake was now splatted on to the table "nearly an hour works crushed" I sniff "I'm sorry Y/n" she laugh, she knew I only said the things for fun.

Of course I was sad, the cake was broken, but at least it didn't fell on the floor, "Y/n give me two knifes" says Alice, I shiver. Knifes. "Don't worry, it'll be okay" she says trying to comfort me.

I get the knifes and hands them to her "here madam" I say, and bow. "Thank you, my dear loyal friend" she replies, and bows too.

She started to try get the cake together. When it looked stabil enough to move, she moved it on the plate again, and tried to fix it, so it didn't look like shit.

After 7 minute, the cake looked way better "that doesn't, look bad does it? " she says proud "it looks amazing Alice, great work! " I congratulate her.

We cleaned up, and took  the ingredients back to where I found them, while Alice was cleaning the table.

When she was done, I found some knifes and forks, and plates so we could taste it.

"Let's taste it. Hakuna matata" I say, and puts the fork with the little slice cake on into my mouth, I chew a bit on it, and I swear my eyes made stars, and Alice's did too.

"Wow! This is way better than  expected! What do you think Alice? " I say taking another slice "this is probably the best cake I've tasted in years! " we eat a bit more and talks about how delicious it is.

"If you guys is bored one day, then just make The Devil's food cake, highly recommend, also if you are a big lover to chocolate like we are. Or if you guys won't make it, I'll find you, get into your house at 3AM and force you to make it. Love y'all"

I made Alice laugh and I laughed with her. we ended the video, and ate the last piece of cake.

We had just eaten dinner, and I sat on the couch editing the video, Alice sat beside me "people are gonna love it" she says yawning "I hope so" I reply "you worry to much" she says in a sweet tone.

"Enjoy life, because you won't life forever" she says "wise my friend" I say laying my head on her shoulder. "That was it, our last day together" I say sadly.

"You make it sound like it's the last time we'll ever see each other" "sorry" I say looking at my computer "we'll see each other soon enough, my doors are always open" she says.

I didn't reply, but silence was enough answer for her "let me take over Y/n, you're tired, and it's gonna be a long day tomorrow, you should get some rest now" she takes my computer, and I finally felt how tired I was.

I changed into my pyjamas, and went to bed "Goodnight Alice" "Goodnight Y/n"
