Part Two

Hotchner's POV: TW

"We saw your arm, we just want to make sure that you are okay." As I finished talking she looked up at me then at her shoes. I could tell that she was nervous. We just wanted to help. I opened my mouth to speak but Prentiss spoke up.

"You are not in trouble, kid. We are here to try and help that all." She said sitting next to her. She looked terrified when she sat down. I looked at both of them and they just shook their heads.

"Listen, I am fine, okay? So just leave me alone. Who even said I make those cuts?" I was about to speak when she interrupted. "I don't need this. I'm done talking." I knew she tried to be stern But she just sounded scared. Before we could say anything she just got up and walked out. We just looked at each other and turned around to see the rest of the team watching. We walked back over to them shaking our heads.

"So I take it she did not say anything?" Dr. Lewis asked

"She told us to leave her alone and that she is done talking" JJ responded with a frown. We all knew about her sister's suicide, we knew that this would bring up the memories of what happened. We looked at her with sympathy.

"It's a hard subject for anyone to talk about. About seventeen percent of teens have hurt themselves on at least one occasion." Everyone just nods at my comment. "There is nothing we could really do for her, I mean we could call her parents."

"We may want to tell her that before we do. She may be more willing to talk after we tell her, well if her parents don't know." Matt said to the group. We all nodded and finished getting ready for the presentation. We finished setting up and we had about five minutes to spare.

"After the presentation we need to find her and talk to her. Understood?" They all nod and head their separate ways for the presentation.

Y/n POV:

I just walked out. I couldn't do it with those agents. I can't just open up to them like that. I mean really they just expected me to talk to them? I headed back to class and walked in to find my seat. After a couple of minutes passed when the bell rang.

BRINNGG

"Great the FBI speech or whatever it is" I thought to myself. I grabbed my stuff and headed back to the gym. I found a seat towards the top of the bleachers. Students flowed in until the bleachers were completely full.

"Silent everybody, these are Agents from the Behavioral Analysis Unit. They are here to talk to you guys today about-" The principal started talking but I just stopped listening. I was getting nervous. I grabbed my airpods and put on my music, drowning out any sound in the gym.

*Time Skip*

I noticed students starting to leave. I took out my airpods and put them back in my bag. I grabbed my bag and started heading towards an exit when I heard my name being called.

"Y/n!" I turned around to see Dr. Lewis called my name. I rolled my eyes and looked at the exit then back at her. I wanted to leave but I knew I wouldn't get far. I slowly turned back and started walking towards her. As I stand in front of her she smiles and points me over to the group. As we started walking she put her hand on my shoulder.

"Please don't touch me." I say just above a whisper looking at the ground. She looks at me before removing her hand. We walked till we got where the group was. I slowly look at all of them before returning my eyes to the floor.

"Please just leave me alone. I don't want to talk about it and I'm fine. Please." I said in a pleading voice. They all looked at me before Agent Alvez spoke up.

"We wanna hear you out and try to help you otherwise we would have to speak to your parents."

JJ's POV:

"We wanna hear you out and try to help you otherwise we would have to speak to your parents." Luke said in a serious voice. She looked terrified when he said that.

"Wait please! don't call him! I am begging you please!" she was on the verge of tears. We looked at her in shock. "Him"? I thought to myself. While I was thinking about it, Dr. Reid spoke up.

"Okay, we won't call anyone please just talk to us" he said almost in a pleading voice. "Fine but, Just not here, maybe outside." I looked at Hotch and he nodded. "Okay I will talk to the principal. Don't worry I will just say you are helping us." She just nodded as Hotch left to go find Principal Logan. We finished cleaning up and headed towards the cars. We finished packing up the cars when Hotch came out.

"I have somewhere we can go, it's like a couple of minutes from this parking lot" Y/n spoke up very quietly and softly. We all looked at Hotch and he just nodded. "Okay lead the way Y/n" I say smiling at her. She leads us to this little wooded area with a small lake and a couple of flowers lining the water. It was absolutely beautiful. "Wow, Y/n this is breathtaking." Matt said, taking in the view. Y/n just nodded and sat down.

"You can sit, it's not wet or anything." Y/n said softly as she looked at the lake while playing with the grass. We all sat down enjoying the view. "So, what's going on Y/n? We saw your arms, we just want to help you." I say softly as I look at her. I just wanted to hug her as hard as I could but I knew she would hate that.

"It-it just gets hard sometimes you know? It helps I know its fucked up bu-but, it just helps. She paused for a moment to look at me. "I'm trying to stop. I really am, I promise. Please don't call anyone please. She looks at us with pleading eyes. "Please" her voice cracks. "Okay we won't tell anyone. I paused and took out my card. "Here, call whenever you need anything, day or night." I handed her my card but she looked at it for a second before getting up and running away. "Y/n! Wait please!" I yell as we all start running towards her.

Y/n's POV:

"Y/n! Wait please!" JJ yells out to me as I continue to run. I don't know why I ran, I was in the clear they were going to leave. I just had to get away. It's what I do I keep running away from everything. I feel bad for running away from them, I just had to get away. I knew they were behind me so I kept running and running till I reached a fence. I quickly climbed up the fence and just kept running till I was home. The agents were not there so I guess I lost them at the fence.
