A Curious Scientist(slightly illegal and highly unethical)

Chapter 3

3 Months Later

"Now then, let's see if I've finally succeeded, or if it's yet another failure." Izuku says as he pulls his latest experiment, a serum that acts like trigger, but without the hellish downsides, and designed to enhance natural healing to the level of a high-speed regeneration type quirk for 24 hours rather than to enhance quirks, out of the cooler where he has kept it to let it settle for the past 24 hours. He then turns his wheelchair and rolls over to the table where his test subject, a young woman who was severely wounded in a villain attack that he was present for 2 weeks ago is bound. He then extracts a dose of the serum from the vial with a syringe ind injects it into her.

Immediately her wounds begin to fade, even the worst of them healing almost instantly. Izuku grins at this and proceeds to immediately dose himself. After not but a few seconds, the spinal injury that he had received in the villain attack that killed Inko, which had left him permanently paralyzed from the waist down, begins to heal, and feeling begins to return to his legs.

2 Months Later

"Why are we here, Nighteye?" Eraserhead asks tiredly, annoyed at Nighteye calling for a meeting of the SHS(Stealth Heroes Society).

Nighteye places a bottle full of an odd, pink liquid on the table. "This is a miracle drug that has been circulating around the underworld. It's the reason that so many villain attacks recently have been perpetrated by villains who the heroes were forced to kill because nothing else would make them stay down due to their supposed regeneration quirks." He says before pausing for a second to let the rest of the SHS realize what he's implying. "This drug enhances natural healing to match a high-speed regeneration quirk for 24 hours. For whatever reason, the creator of the drug has no bias as to who receives it, so long as he gets paid. He goes by the name 'Dr. Deku' and has a website dedicated to him selling off his inventions. After you place an order, it will show up someplace in your home within the next 2-15 days." He finishes.

"What of security cameras, do they catch the deliverer in the act?" Edgeshot asks curiously.

"No, they did not. As everyone here knows, my home has security cameras in every room but the bathrooms. My order showed up on my kitchen counter, and the cameras were hacked and put on loop until the deliverer was already long gone. There was no trace of them left behind, and if the drug wasn't left on the counter I would've never known that the deliverer was ever there."

"Could this 'Dr. Deku' possess a warping quirk and have simply warped the item into your home?" Eraserhead asks.

"There is pretty much no chance of that." Nighteye responds. "At the very least, if he DOES have one, they didn't use it. As you all know, warping and teleportation type quirks always cause some disturbance, some warping of the air, something to show that they've been used. There was none."

Suddenly, Nighteye's phone rings, causing him to pull it out, see that the caller is All Might, and sigh.

"Well, it looks like that's the end for now. If any of you come across any leads as to who Dr. Deku is, call another meeting." As soon as he finishes his statement, he answers the phone and exits the room.

Elsewhere

Izuku raises an eyebrow at the little girl who had just ran into his leg, before his eyes narrow as he spots the bandages wrapped around her arms and legs, and realizes that she's wearing nothing but a rag.

"And who are you, girl?" He asks, bending down to look her in the eye, anger filling him as he sees the fear in her eyes.

"S-save me..." she says quietly, so quiet in fact that he barely hears her.

"Don't worry, whoever it is that has been hurting you never will again." He says as he gently lifts her off the ground. He then proceeds to glance around to make sure that nobody sees him, and pulls a box out of his pocket. Said box has a button on the top that he proceeds to push, causing it to expand into a doorway with yet another button on it. After he pushes the button on the doorway, a portal opens up inside of it leading to his lab. He steps through and pushes a button on the other side of the doorway, causing it to disintegrate.
