Izuku grins down at his latest invention. "Now, I just need someone to test it on." He says before pulling out his burner phone and calling All For One.
"Do you need something, Midoriya?" All For One asks upon answering.
"A test subject." Izuku responds. "Male, brown hair, adult. Brown or black eyes preferably, alive."
"Very well, Kurogiri should deliver them in the next 2 hours."

As Izuku steps back from injecting his latest victim with the serum, a grin forms on his face, as the man begins to warp. His hair lengthens and turns blonde, his eyes turn yellow, and his sex changes from male to female. In a matter of seconds, the person bound to the table is no longer an average-looking salaryman, but is instead a perfect copy of Himiko. He's even wearing the same clothes that Himiko was wearing when Izuku drew her blood for the experiment.
"It fucking works." Izuku says with a grin. He then turns and leaves the room, paying no mind to his struggling victim, still bound to the table.

"I have made my first breakthrough on your quirk." Izuku says as he enters Himiko's room.
Himiko looks up at him, turning her attention away from the game of monopoly that she was playing with Eri. "You have!?" She asks, excited.
Izuku nods. "I have managed to create a solution that reverses the effects, causing anyone whom it has been injected into to transform into a clone of you. Come and see." He turns his eyes to Eri. "If you want to see, Eri, you can come. If you don't, wait here, we will be right back." He then turns and leaves the room. Himiko follows excitedly, and Eri follows curiously.

Himiko stares at the copy of her in shock. "Wh-what is this?" She asks.
"The result of fusing aspects of 2 quirks together." Izuku responds, turning to Eri and picking her up. "I took the reversal aspect of her quirk, removing the time aspect, and applied it to your quirk, resulting in this. Using this version, instead of you transforming into whoever's blood you ingest-"
"Whoever ingests my blood transforms into me." Himiko says, cutting him off.
"Correct." Izuku says with a grin before handing Eri to Himiko and picking up a syringe filled with a red substance. "And if this works, then it'll be even better." He says, his grin turning slightly manic before he stabs himself in the leg with it, injecting the substance into his body.
Suddenly, his face appears to glitch, rapidly swapping between Himiko's, Eri's, Overhaul's, and his own. After a few seconds, his face stops glitching, returning to normal. Then, with a manic look in his eyes, he places his hand on the chest of Himiko's doppelgänger, causing them to change from a copy of Himiko to a copy of Eri, then Overhaul, then himself, then back to Himiko and, once more, back to himself.
Himiko and Eri stare at the bound man, then look at Izuku, back to the man, then back to Izuku. They repeat this for a good 3 minutes before asking, in unison, "What just happened?"
"That," Izuku says "was the result of the temporary quirk I just gave myself."
Himiko blinks. "Temporary quirk?"
Izuku nods. "Yes. In order to permanently infuse someone with a quirk factor, you need to have them to be engulfed by a serum designed to infuse their body with it for a week, minimum. Longer for larger or more complicated quirk factors. The injection I just gave myself will only last for 24 hours."
Eri's eyes widen. "You mean like how you were in that tube all week last week?"
Izuku nods. "Exactly like that. Main difference being that I was engulfed in regen serum rather than a quirk serum."
"So, what was the temporary quirk you gave yourself?" Himiko asks.
Izuku looks down at his hand. "It's a fusion of 3 quirks." He begins. "Both of yours, and Overhaul's. I removed the blood aspect of yours and replaced it with the touch aspect of Overhaul's, then I added the reversal aspect of Eri's. Without the reversal aspect, I would be able to transform into anyone I touched based on the duration of contact. With the reversal aspect, I can transform anyone I lay my hands on into anyone that I have touched recently, including myself."
Himiko raises an eyebrow. "But you haven't touched me, though. How'd you transform him into me."
"Our hands grazed each other when I was handing Eri to you." Izuku says, returning the bound man to normal before removing his hand from his chest.
